Very upset, holiday all inclusive but 2 days no swimming in the pool because of 💩. Family room was like a box room where there was no space for our suitcases and walk. We ask and send a proof via customer service and they said that this was what we choose. Very bad experience and I don’t think we will ever go on a holiday through this company
4 stars just only because in buying time before pay, the invoice don't showing how much its fly tickets price and hotel price. Second its unserious garantee RETURN MONEY FAST AND GARANTED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS, if the situation its changed before fly week time because saving money its buying Holliday more 6 week before trip ! This its me self vision, please fixed this in your policy, and after coming more customers.
