Connectors on our plissè blinds had broken after many years service. Though ours were no longer available Kathy at Luxaflex was able to obtain suitable replacements for us. These work fine and will extend the already considerable life of our blinds. Great service - Thank you.
Amazing. After over 10 years of use one of the small plastic clips gave way on my blind pull. I reached out to Luxaflex and within 48hrs I had a new one and a few spares. Amazing blinds that are reliable and chic but the customer service blew me away. Thank you Kerry Hale and thank you Luxaflex
Hopefully this will help anyone looking to replace a damaged blind from Luxaflex.I made a request on 12th May through the Luxaflex website to ask for a consultation, a week later I had not heard back, so I requested again. It is now 31st May and I have not even had a courtesy response. I'd advise not contacting Luxaflex if you require a decent and prompt service.
Why do we pay the extra for Luxaflex products. Well their backup support is there when you need it. After 9 years service the clutch mechanism failed but the blind is still presentable and fits with the decor. Having enquired about possibly purchasing a new clutch I was sent a replacement FOC by return. I will be buying from them again.
I misplaced my pebble remote, but had a spare so successfully had a go at pairing it to the 2 lounge blinds. However I had unknowingly not paired it to the hub, couldn’t work out how to fix, so rang luxaflex. Callum was excellent at diagnosing the issues and very patiently talked me through fixing it all. Thanks Callum, your service was excellent!!
