Great customer service! Thanks Kerry for your speedy response to my query. I was looking for venetian blind bottom clips, looked online unsuccessfully, then remembered the blinds were made by Luxaflex. I sent a picture of the broken clip to Luxaflex, got an immediate response from Kerry, sent my address and she arranged for replacement clips straight away - and enough so I could afford to break some more!I wish more companies had such a good and considerate customer service department. Thanks you once again.
The Customer Service support at Luxaflex is excellent. Every time I have made enquires they have been responsive, polite and most importantly supportive to resolve the issue, the most recent being replacement chords for an older version of blind. Hats off. I wish more companies would follow suit and be as responsive.
We had an issue with one of our Luxaflex LITERISE blinds that we purchased several years ago. We were struggling to get it repaired, so we contacted Luxaflex.I believe it's when you have a problem, you only truly find out how good a company is.We are so glad that we purchased several Luxaflex blinds because Luxaflex responded promptly, provided great support, and was always very helpful.Our Blind is now fully working again.Thank you, Helen, for all your help. I contacted the luxaflex team on two occasions when I needed replacement parts for my Silhouette blinds. In both instances they were fantastic in giving advice and offering to send replacements free of charge. And very quickly too! Why can’t everyone be like this?
I rang customer service on Tuesday regarding replacement headrail clips that I had broken, the service advisor asked me to email in a picture of the clip required, which I did. Another advisor ( Kerry) emailed back to say it was in the post. This morning Wednesday the replacement clips arrived through the post.Thanks for the excellent service by all concerned at Luxaflex
