Officially done with LP and I'm not the only one.They don't give a damn even if you're regular

I am with LP for a good 3 years now, but I'm done with them.Regardless the positive reviews, READ THE NEGATIVE ONES, because they're REAL. Not only I received products not in the conditions stated in the live shows, they're poor when it comes to customer services. Regardless how many times the hosts say in live to email them, they'll get back to you, it never happens. None of the hosts(Samia, Grace, Lema, Jessie, Vivian) I emailed ever replied, except Sarah the former jewellery expert. Yen is great with whatsapp too, that's it.They branded the company to sell luxury and make it affordable for everyone, but then they're selling non-brand clothing claimed to be from local designers selling for 200 GBP when you could find them on Alibaba for less than 50 USD. They're selling the little Hello Kitty and Melody dolls from Japan for 50 GBP when they cost even less than 5 USD.Sabrina the CEO, even 'begged' openly during her shows to ask customers to leave them positive reviews here, once she even gave out vouchers for those who did it. They had poor Google reviews, Sabrina tried to do the same, 'interesting thing' was they used to have their own team member Nikos to leave a positive review on Google, however it's deleted now.They then sold overpriced marble homewares which you could find on amazon(read one of the reviews earlier), skincare products without being able to tell you the full ingredients list and supplements again not being able to give out full ingredients list.Once, they had a girl on one of the Dubai shows to sell her 'gold charms with 3D crafted stones'. Sabrina kept saying buying gold was an investment, then some customers pointed out it was to be very overpriced when comparing with the actually weight of gold used and selling price. Sabrina got actually annoyed and said she should block people to comment during the shows. During these 3 years... there're so many things that driving me and my OG community away from LP.The inconsistency of the company also put me off. Trudi the Australian host(btw I cannot watch her shows) always emphasises to only buy fine jewellery with 18k gold and with certificates because you don't know what you're buying without a certificate which is not wrong. However, the whole company is selling jewellery without certificates except her. Our question is so what your colleagues are selling us? Even your CEO keeps selling diamonds and jewellery without. Then you have Willow (super lovely lady just her pieces are very expensive) selling most jewellery in 9K gold and Sabrina herself talked about it openly, she personally wouldn't sell those. The more you watch their shows, the more you'll be confused by them.I do love to watch Yen still, she keeps being honest and very helpful throughout these 3 years, but I don't think I can say that for everyone from LP. It's actually very surprising she's still with the company, because all the good, honest ones(Winnie, Sarah, Eman, Laura) left.Do not get hooked by the vouchers, I've been there. I still have voucher which kind of keep me watching the shows from time to time, but I don't think I'll ever buy anything from LP again! AND REMEMBER, I AM NOT ALONE.I will suggest you to think twice and do your research before you hit the pay button with LP.

Chanel Bag Delights from Sabrina

I have purchased several items from Luxury Promise. Always so satisfied and delighted with my purchases. I have purchased 3 Chanel turnlock bags to add to my collection here from Sabrina, along with several other bags and items. This is my favorite go to for all my luxury purchases. Recently consigned my items with Lema.

Recently consigned my items with Lema.Instantly replied which I didn’t expect but she was so lovely and confident in everything she advised that I trusted her advice. I have sold numerous items with her and wow to my amazement she sold my pieces all in a month! To think I had my items stuck with another business for month wish I found Lema quicker. She is a credit to LP and a true gem and hard to find. Thankyou Lema for making everything so smooth and easy.

Thankyou to the wonderful Lema. She is such a credit to LP and I can’t imagine what LP would ever be like without her. She has consigned multiple of my items and have sold them always within a a couple of weeks if not instantly! I have never seen anyone work so hard at selling and she’s so friendly yet so professional at the same time. She always responds so quickly I am always at ease when selling Via Lema. Thankyou so much because of you, you have made my selling experience such ease. For anyone wanting to sell their items you will not regret selling via Lema!

Some concerns after a promising start ...

I was inspired to use LP to sell some items because a popular influencer recommended the company. My initial experience was great; LP sold some new Gucci shoes and Dior Ballerinas on my behalf for a good price. I also left a limited edition LV Neverfill leather tote with them, which is not selling quickly because it was personalised. The bag is otherwise in perfect condition and comes with the box, dustbag, LV ribbons, &c. I am repeatedly asking for the bag to be returned, and I am prepared to collect it, but my messages - via email, What's App, and direct messages to the London store are being ignored. I also left a beautiful Hermes scarf with LP and it has not appeared on the website. Again I have reached out to them and am being ignored.*** EDIT: I have edited my review, as one of LP's representatives, Nikos Nicolaou, contacted me yesterday evening. He was incredibly professional, polite and constructive. We discussed the situation regarding my Neverfill and the Hermes scarf. I am feeling more confident that my concerns will be addressed. I met Nikos on my first visit to LP, and the service was excellent. I have, therefore, upgraded my experience by two stars. I should also say that my items were beautifully photographed and well-marketed on LP's website ***

Marble homeware on Amazon

I'm usually very happy with the items I buy from Luxury Promise but to see the marble homeware from the Dubai marble show on Amazon from the Radicaln company . The marble homeware is less than half the price on amazon. Same bookends, coasters and fruit bowls etcI thought they said they were locally sourced from Dubai and that you could only get them in Dubai.

Happy Shopping great prices great service great experience

I have been lucky enough to purchase from LP and the experience and prices and quality is simply amazing. The customer service is reactive, shipping is fast and returns are quick also. The customer is at the heart of this company and the whole team do their utmost to guarantee your satisfaction. The condition of their items is exact and precise, steal deals too. CEO is an amazing inspiring young lady and her whole energy and excitment flows down through the teams. Can't recommend enough.
