Unless you’re buying Hermes they just aren’t interested. I’d messaged them several times re a Louis Vuitton men’s speedy bag and got ignored. They are too full of their own importance now with YouTuber collaborations every other week. If you’re not spending birkin/kelly money just go somewhere else.
