My review is for Yen and the Singapore Team. I bought a Lady Dior from there and got a great deal. The bag actually exceeded all my expectations. Condition was flawless! It was like I had bought it from the store. I absolutely love the bag and the service was amazing. Yen is always so helpful and explains the condition in such great detail that I have always been happy when purchasing anything from her. I cannot recommend her more. Singapore shows are amazing!
I really like what this company is doing. Their energy is fantastic, they are helpful, and they are offering something that is unique and really based on trust.That said, I had the misfortune of having my first RTW order cancelled and my first big handbag purchase coming with a scratch that wasn't seen or mentioned on the show! It was disappointing to see though I understand it's a pre-loved item. But from a customer perspective, doing big purchases on live shows is difficult so we rely on the hosts to be as transparent as possible in terms of the condition and wear.
Luxury Promise is not only a place to buy the best pre-loved goods. It’s a community that cares about eachother. It’s a place where the customers are educated on the goods LP sells. LP will not sell you an item if it does not meet their standard.
Have tried on 2 separate occasions to sell my Saint Laurent bags. Have emailed 3 times over the course of 6 weeks but no follow up. Wouldn’t recommend - I have friends who have used this company and wouldn’t recommend due to customer service and high prices compared to other preloved bag sites.
My second purchase with them after a few years. Their customer service got WORSE. They are rude, ignore you, do not give you what you pay for. They do NOT do next day delivery. I have no idea why they say they do. I ordered Thursday and it came Tuesday the next week.My first order came without box and dust bag as promised. They would not compensate me, as you understand the value of a designer bag is in its original boxing too. Instead they send me a crusty box which DID NOT match the original bag. They are not keen to help. But they have time for 1000 lives a day?! There is a 1-2 day delay in getting a reply. They can’t reserve items, so if they don’t reply to you in time your item could sell out. Just stay away honestly. I regret giving them my custom. Other luxury resellers are so much better and this is why LP will never be better than some others coming up - as they won’t fix their horrible customer service. Their competitors are so much better than them at this.
