I love Luxury Promise! The live shows are really fun and very entertaining, even if I’m not planning to buy at that time. I believe they go to great lengths to check authenticity and will not sell any item they are not 100% sure about - that’s really important to me. I’ve purchased a few things including two Hermes bags and a Chanel brooch - all were packed really well and arrived exactly as described. Last week I purchased a Kelly to Go from the New York location and shipping was fast and all taxes/duties paid (I am in the UK) - and Isabel in NYC was really helpful and responsive. If I was being critical I think occasionally the condition of an item might be overstated, so do look closely at the images to make sure you know what you’re getting, but otherwise I’m really happy with everything I’ve bought and look forward to making my next purchase.
Purchased my first vintage Chanel bag after lots of research. Was so nervous that condition may not be as described but I am so pleased. Outside is immaculate. WhatsApp chat was helpful for tracking updates. Thank you - will buy again!
