I have had many dealings with different members from LP team. Recently Joshua did a jewellery show from Japan and I was impressed with his interaction with the customers. He was attentive and so patient with all the questions.I did not feel rushed and I feel he should do more of these shows. Yen is fantastic and has really been so helpful with my buys, answering all my queries and not pushy at all. The London team are also very approachable and kind. Sabrina Sadiq has invested in a good team and I wish them more success!
My experience with Luxury Promise has not been the greatest. However, my experience with Lema has been 10/10. She delivered 2 days before delivery date as she assured she would. She is an absolutely amazing SA and I highly recommend her! Thank you Lema!
I was booked to drop of my bags at the office , when I arrived the doors where locked no one was in , I even called and messaged serval times before turning up for my appointment , waste of journey ! I instead when to Knightsbridge sellier - who were lovely and sold my Chanel handbag .
I absolutely love the Japan shows! Having access to the stock on the live shows is amazing — the variety is incredible, from vintage Chanel and Hermès bags to beautiful fine jewellery pieces. Being able to buy with customs already covered makes the whole shopping experience so easy and stress-free, and it gives me complete reassurance when purchasing. I particularly enjoy watching Yen — it feels like shopping with a friend. I trust her advice on items, and have recently been pleased with my jewellery items
Love watching the live shows and everything that I have purchased at LP is as good as or better than expected. The pre-loved jewelry is great quality. The only issue I had was dealing with Splitit - the payment plan - but all other interactions were wonderful.
