The first set of extensions I got ended up being darker than the advertised color and they were able to help facilitate an exchange and were very pleasant throughout the whole exchange. I was worried about the process as I am nervous from having the right match for my wedding day, but they really came through!
I accidentally submitted my purchase with the wrong address. I emailed customer service and they were able to change it for me immediately. Kerry was super responsive. I love my extensions. I will be ordering from here again! Amazing customer service.
