I recently needed help to repair my Maui Jim sunglasses.The product is real quality and the support service is also excellent.My glasses were badly damaged but the repair/ support team were absolutely brilliant, no drama , friendly and professional. I sent them the glasses and the very next day they emailed me that they could fix them , and how much that would be . I immediately called them , the guy was so helpful and they managed to repair and return them to me within 48hrs so I can take them back on holiday with me !Cant thank them all enough, would have no hesitation in recommending MJ every time - top quality product - top quality support
Great customer service, I have a pair of Maui Jim that are not made anymore and they fell on to the concrete smashing one of the lenses, I was not happy with my clumsiness as these are the best sunglasses I ever brought and I have had them for well over 10 years, well worth the money. I took them into a Maui Jim retailer and they sent them back to get the lense replacement, not only did they find a replacement lense but they replaced both lenses as well as the arms as they were getting a bit worn after 10+ years of wearing them practically every day and they sent them back in a brand new case with the original other unbroken lense that was still in good condition, as a spare. It’s like a have a whole new pair of sunglasses again. I have since brought another pair as a backup and a different look, thanks 🙏 Maui Jim for going above and beyond, you have a lifelong customer here not just for your after sales service but also what great sunglasses you make.
I have a pair of well-loved MJ’s that are probably 15 years old. A nose pad was lost recently and after visiting a couple of stores who couldn’t help, I went on line. MJ offer a repair / replacement service for the missing notepad for a handling fee of £11. I was unable to tell them the model number of the sunglasses because it had rubbed off from the arm.Off went my glasses and they came back swiftly, with - a new pair of nosepads- a new bridge section- 2 new arms- a new caseAll for the £11 handling fee. Brilliant job by Mai Jim, exceeded my expectations, and my treasured glasses live on!
This is the best company that I’ve ever dealt with staff are amazing repairs team are brilliant sent them my broken sunglasses on a Monday I had them back on the Wednesday Glasses as good as new I would highly recommend the after sales is brilliant.
This is the best customer service I've ever experienced in anything. Not only that but these are unequivocally the best product on the market. I had my eyes lasered 10 years ago and they became very sensitive to light. These are the only glasses that are non-prescription which really work. The quality of the lenses are unbelievable in comparison to Oakleys, Raybans, indeed any other mainstream sunglasses. Not only that but if you break the arms which I do frequently because I've got small children, a dog and a boat, you send them back for a small fee and they replace them instantly.
I'd damaged my lenses whilst on holiday and noticed their repair service. I completed the simple online form and then followed the instructions and sent of my glasses. I received a quick response from their team, was well informed throughout and the repair was excellent and included replacement nose and ear guards as part of the service for no additional cost. It feels like they are new again.
I would like to inform potential buyers that this product is worthy of the price, you get what you pay for.Maui Jim sunglasses are made very well of high-quality Materials.I have owned several pairs and would encourage people to look into their special additions and releases. They have some that are in support of European football/soccer teams. Also, they have the best polarized lenses on the market. I live here on Maui and I wouldn’t wear anything else. One of the toughest things about living on island is when you forget your Maui Jim Sunglasses as you head out the door, No better reason to have a second pair in your glove box. Aloha
