Can’t fault them. Excellent sunglasses (stylish, robust, amazing UV protection) and fantastic customer service. Their service and repair facility is fast and efficient (only used the U.K. service), took a week door to door, free postage each way and they replaced the nose pieces and arms on my 4yr old Kanaios, cleaned them and added a collapsible case. Yes, there are cheaper sunglasses on the market but Maui’s build quality and after care can’t be faulted.
I have to say that I have worn designer sunglasses all of my life and have spent thousands of dollars. I have also purchased a pair of Maui Jim's that I wore for many years, unfortunately, I broke the one of the bridges and had to send it for repair.I have never ever had such exceptional customer service in my life. The whole process from claiming, sending, and receiving the order was super easy and super fast for a small amount of $ for shipping only!!!Even the customer service on the phone was professional, helpful, and very friendly.A huge THANK YOU to the Maui Jim teamEspecially to Jay, the technician that fixed my sunglasses !!!
My sunglasses had a fault with the arm but they were out of warranty. After some discussion they replaced them free of charge. I was allowed to choose new ones at the same price level as my originals. They very quickly responded to my queries and were very helpful and understanding (i had sent the glasses to them for repair). when I had picking my new choice they were dispatched the next day. Rare to get such great service. Quality service from a quality brand.
I not only have Maui Jim Sunglasses, I have prescription Maui Jim Sunglasses; I could do an entire wonderful review of how much I love them and how great they are, but this review is about having to get them repaired by Maui Jim. I was devastated when the plastic piece on the arm snapped on my glasses as I rely on them and hate all my other pairs... I called Maui Jim and quickly opened up a repair case (person on the phone was great).. I received an email and included it in the box and sent them away. The day they were received, I received an email with tracking info that they were on their way back!!! When I received them, they came in a new case, wrapped like new, and looked like a brand new pair.. apparently they replaced everything (except my lenses -- I think)... I can't express what an amazing 10 out of 10 experience it was and the speed that I had them back was great! Best part -- NO CHARGE!!!!!!!! I even received the Tech's name (Alan) and his number in case I had an issue. So I can attest that Maui Jim not only makes such a great set of glasses, but if they break, the repair process is amazing!!!! Thank you Maui Jim
Have just received back a pair of Maui sunglasses from repair (UK). Reason for comment here is to recognise Julie and Tony for fantastic customer service. Currently and for a while now customer service with many other companies is awful. I cannot stress enough how efficient and professional these guys made my repair experience, fantastic.Big thank you again to you both and of course Maui Jim 😊
Maui Jim’s customer service was amazing! I mailed in my glasses once my frame broke. I got a call within a few days reviewing my repair options and was told that the left lens was broken in half and was actually missing so I’d have to be charged for lens and frame. I expressed that it wasn’t that way when I mailed them and they honored my word and only charged me only for the frame. Amazing company and would definitely recommend!
Order# W001155764 Jaime Monge. Love em! Perfect. Extremely light on the face and thin. You CAN see the eyes of the person wearing them. I bought them thinking you could not because of the site version of the glasses. No biggie but may be to someone else.
