Just want to write how blown away I was with Maui Jim customer service. I bought my Maui Jim sunglasses in Florida about 5 years ago. I wore them daily. A while back I stepped on them after one of the dogs knocked them on the floor and I shattered one of the lenses. I sent them into Maui Jim with my $100.00 payment for repair and I believe another $30 for back and forth shipping. I just received my sunglasses back after 10 days. They are totally fixed, new lenses, new arm pieces, as a matter of fact I am pretty sure they are new sunglasses! I'm so impressed with the customer service and so very impressed with my Maui Jims, I just love them. I will not buy any other sunglasses. Thank you Maui Jim and can't wait to receive your emails on your new and upcoming sunglasses. Aloha!
I broke the arm of my glasses (totally my fault), they were repaired free of charge just £12 handling fee. I was told when glasses had arrived, when they had been repaired and when they were dispatched back to me. Excellent glasses and amazing customer service.
At the time I bought my Maui Jim sunglasses about 7 years ago, I had never previously paid what I considered to be a huge amount for a pair of sunglasses but was living in UAE and wanted good eye protection. I did not really realise then what an excellent investment they would turn out to be. Apart from how they make such a huge difference to what you see, they are so light and well made with super quality materials that they do not leave red blotches on my nose as previous cheap sunglasses did. I can wear them all day as they are so comfortable. And I just managed to damage one of the nose pads so sought a replacement - only to have Maui Jim send to me a pair of them totally without charge. Fantastic product (mine are called Ho’okipa) and well worth the money.
It is probably the best customer service I have ever received the person that dealt with my enquiry Abby O'Donnell, was superb I explained to her that my Mother bought Maui Jim sunglasses for me as a present but were not my style unfortunately my Mother was taken to Hospital and is quite unwell , I could not find the receipt and I could not ask her either so I explained this all to Abbey O"Donnell and she was brilliant I was asked to send them to her and she would replace them to the model I wanted she did not have to do that as I could not prove whee they were purchased, I am now awaiting my new glasses and I could not thank Maui Jim and especially Abby O"Donnell for her EXCELLENT service. Excellent customer service and glasses.I am colour blind and was advised to try Maui Jim glasses, I was blown away by the vibrant colours I could see. My wife stood and cried and I soon attracted other shoppers to stop and watch me marvel my surroundings. I love them and find it hard to not wear them when its not sunshine. (I would look daft when its not sunny, as they are obviously sunglasses)! My friends without colour blindness have also tried on my glasses and have praise for the lens, they will look to buy Maui Jim when next buying glasses.My frame snapped, my wife contacted Maui Jim and their customer service lived up to the great reviews. My glasses were repaired and set back in days but a lens broke in transit and Maui Jim asked us to send them straight back-no arguing or contesting. Just waiting for them to be returned.You can not fault this level of customer service on top of a fantastic product.Thank you Maui Jim for your glasses and staff.
MAUI Sunrise PolarizedPlus2® technology, LOVE THEM! I've been wearing Maui Jim's since my first pair purchased in Maui for $25 on the boardwalk. Before we left Maui, I bought five more pairs! I purchased my first prescription Maui's for driving and sailing. They're great on the water, they truly cut the glare while driving at sundown, perfect in grocery stores as they're not too dark. And they're just cute love the pink mirror! I highly recommend these if you need a prescription. One of the silicone pads came off, called customer service and a pair were shipped out that day at no charge. Their customer service associates, department and policies are white glove all the way. They stand behind their products and always have. With five pairs, I'm a customer for life.
This company really stand behind their product. Not only do they produce the best quality polarised glass lenses available, when you do eventually break an arm off, they gladly repair & replace the arms (after five years of ownership) within three days FREE of charge. We will never buy anything else.
