Review Time
Mears..polite workman, but this is an unorganised and extremely costly service to the local council. I have waited in several times for a booked appointment and no one came. A follow up call confirms the appointment, another made blah blah blah. Disorganised, not good enough. This time I was given 6th Jan as an appointment on the 24th Nov, he came but only to take something away, and not a clue about any inspection due. I wonder how much they get for this contract? Whatever it is it’s too much.
Extremely useless and irresponsible! I reported a bad leackage and blockage in my kitchen sink 5 days ago. It was registered as an emergency to be attended within 3 hours of the same day! They never showed up and I have been in contact with them 3 times a day since then. Every time they tell me that somebody will come to you today but nobody shows up! Eventually they said we have sent engineers to your address twice but no access entery !! Total lies and disgusting !! Absolutely incompetent. The issue is not fixed yet! Mears are disgrace !!! I am sueing them !!!
Diabolical group never turn up on appointments, ghost appointments they say the turned up on appointments they haven’t booked to make they figures look good.Try phoning them if you got the time 0800 3282282 wait 40 minutes then phone goes dead. Hyde love them I don’t know why.
Rude and arrogant staff. Have to be consistently some of the worst drivers i have ever come across. Push their way through, don`t give right of way and speed far too much, also park inconsiderably because they think they are in some way important. Certainly wouldn`t offer them any work professionally and would reject any offer to tender.
I’ve not had hot water or washing facilities since October! They have informed me they won’t be bothering to return until 21st of December! I’ve seen the part needed and it’s a tenner on Amazon. They’re absolutely useless. In the meantime, my theee children are getting a single bath a week whilst I wash in the kitchen sink.The guy on the phone described in great detail every second of him dropping his pencil and picking it up, all amidst yawning. That’s how little they care.Even their workmen say what a bad company they are to work for. They sent a joiner to fix hot water! What a joke they are.
