If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would. This is the one of the laziest, most disorganised and nonchalant of businesses. From the customer service personnel to the contractors they send out, I'm not sure anyone actually cares. They will schedule appointments and then do not turn up. They fail to register follow up work needed. All in all a task that could be completed within a couple of days may take several weeks due to sheer incompetence and disorganisation. What a disgrace. They're probably quite chuffed about their 1.5 star rating on Trustpilot. Avoid them if you can!

Mears group do not want to leave my Flat

Mears group pretend to be number one housing company in UK. in fact they do rent to rent business without owning a sing property. 7 months ago i asked them to leave my flat, they have agreed to leave my flat and issue me 1 month notice. 5 months later they have not yet vacate my flat; each time i ask them why not leave they said apparently they have no else to go. How long they are going to mislead the public about being housing number one in UK and getting money from the Home Office to house asylum seekers? it took me 7 months to get my first rent payment from them and as far as I know they get money from the Home Office each month to pay all landlords on time, instead they keep all the money in their pocked. The home office should investigate how Mears group use the money.

Dishonest clowns

Dishonest clowns. Tower Hamlets should terminate contract. They don't show up. They don't give correct diagnosis. A million expletives can't describe how I feel. My boilers been down for more than two weeks. I have elderly mother, and had to move her to a relatives home.

Mear Lies

Booked repair on 10.12.21 for leaking radiator. Assured operative would come. They didn't. Chased up throughout day and night. Assured someone would come. No one did. Complained to Tower Hamlets Mayor next day who agreed to look into. Chased up repair with Mears again on 11.12.21. Assured operative would come. No one ever did!! We had to seek support ourselves to stop leak. Wednesday this week Mayors office got back to us. They sent copy of letter Mears had sent the Mayor. In it they confirm that their operative came to our home on Dec 11th and successfully repaired leak??? Totally untrue...as no operative turned up...and we have witnesses to attest to this.....have reported this to Mayor and have solicitors meeting booked for Tuesday. Simply Astounding. Cannot and will not allow Mears to tell out right lies. Disgusting. A few years ago following an attempted burglary we installed a security camera...my advice to anyone going through a similar experience with people saying they had come to your home but didn't..is to get a camera too...it could be the best investment you ever make.

The people that answer the phone are…

The people that answer the phone are lovely and pleasant. However, every worker that comes out (if they turn up) is rude, don't know what they're doing have an attitude and no respect and don't seem interested in their job whatsoever.Yesterday the boiler man and I had an argument as he was refusing to come saying he was too busy with people that had real repairs. I said it's fine I can wait and he refused to come. What he doesn't realise is I record all my calls. So if I can I will publish how rude this man was to me.Today when someone bothered to turn up again very rude, no manners, looked like he had no idea what he was doing, actually didn't have a clue how to answer my questions about the boiler simple things about the pressure of the boiler he should know but doesn't. At the end he asked for a bucket, put it under the boiler where its leaking, said he'll call warranty and walked out. I don't understand who has employed these rude, unprofessional people but I will complain about everyone of them that speaks to me the way I've been spoken too. Got it all recorded too. Im polite and well mannered and treat people how they want to be treated but unfortunately they don't quite feel the same. Will see if I can post the recordings of these rude people!!!
