This is the worst housing association…

This is the worst housing association to work for! They overwork you and do not care about your mental health! You receive your contract after working for the company for months and the job description changes every month because they make other teams redundant and then give you their responsibility on top of your own work! Managers can demand you to do other work on top of your work and you are not allowed to ask questions about the tasks! Worst company to work for!

Hell hole

Would not recommend working for this discusting company !!! Management are not interested in anything or anyone!!! Just feathering their own nests especially the FAT ones !! They will make your life a misery ! Worked at the previous company for almost 20 years , mears took over a year ago and all hell let lose !! Glad I left I can breathe a sigh of relief !! Good riddance to bad rubbish !!!!!!!!

Horrendous staff.

Horrendous staff.Abdul, who they have answering calls should learn some telephone manner, extremely rude and patronising. Also, they do not bother to call you to carry out repairs when instructed by Brighton Council. They lie.

TWO MEARS WORKERS CAME TO FIX MY…

TWO MILTON KEYNES MEARS WORKERS CAME TO FIX MY CEILING AT 8.20 THIS MORNING LEFT AT 2.15PM.WITHIN THAT TIME THEY HAD BEEN SITTING IN THEIR VAN AND OUT GETTING 4XPLASTERBOARD SO ONLY DID 1HR AND 20MINUTES WORK.WHEN I ASKED THE WORKER WHY I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW FOR PLASTER TO BE PUT ON HE BECAME VERY RUDE AND SWORE AT ME INFRONT OF MY CHILDREN WHICH WAS ALL RECORDED.I RANG TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFER IT,THEN HAD THE CHEEK TO ASK ME COULD HE SEND THE SAME MEN AROUND IN THE MORNING.THE PLASTER BOARD THAT HAS BEEN PUT UP IS AWFUL,ALL SPLIT.THANKS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MEARS IT WAS DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY CANT COME OUT UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF JUNE TO PLASTER CEILING.I EXPLAINED THAT IT IS MY DISABLED SONS BEDROOM AND THAT HE HAS NO BEDROOM TO SLEEP IN UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE BECAUSE OF THE MESS THEY HAVE LEFT IT IN.MEARS DIDNT CARE WHAT I WAS SAYING ONLY BECAUSE I MADE A COMPLAINT NOW MY SON HAS TO SUFFER WITH NO BEDROOM BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE OR HAVE ANY EMPATHY.THIS COMPANY DONT CARE IF THEIR WORKERS ARE SWEARING AT YOU INFRONT OF YOUR CHILDREN,THEY GUY WHO TOOK MY COMPLAINT SAID HE WOULD ASK THE WORKERS TO CURB THEIR LANGUAGE. ARE THESE PEOPLE FOR REAL NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.

Letting England down, big time.

MEARS Housing has been given massive responsibilities by HMs government and is letting the Crown down with its inability to correct its (obvious) blunders and with the pervasively negative attitude it displays towards residents of its social housing. It selects for the most negative employees and squelches positive employees. In addition, the senior managers of MEARS are inveterate, unrepentant liars. Furthermore, it uses the language of 'professionalism' to betray its residents and act on the worst motives known to human beings. Many of its employes are unfit to serve others and unfit for employment by HMs government. This is a sexist, heterophobic company which feels free to spit on the law.

Totally incompetent company !

Totally incompetent company !! Had an appointment last Thursday no one turned up ! Then received a text to say that they would be coming on Monday.again a no show!! After ringing I was told that the appointment had been put back until 23rd of June!!!!! My wheely bin is holding up my front garden fence so every time my bin is emptied I have to go out and pick up the fence.all you get is a meager "sorry madam".have sent a complaint email to them but can't seem to see that it has been sent or even received.so is this even a real email address????

Make appointments without you knowing

Make appointments without you knowing. When u cancel an appointment they still turn up but when you are waiting in for them they give u the wrong time slot and still don't turn up in that slot turned up an 2 hours later!!
