Terrible

Awful company to work for asylum seeker contract.Run you into the ground & don’t care about staff and are treated like dogs bodies. Stay well away from this company. You go above & beyond for them & they just don’t care. All they are bothered about is KPI’s. Their policies, double standards. Toxic working office environment. Management couldn’t spell the truth let alone tell it!Seriously don’t even waste your time applying for a job as a Housing Support Officer or any other job with these muppets,you will regret it in the end. Don’t let the company car & fuel card draw you in. It really isn’t worth it.

3 months homeless

So I sent my application for housing as my job pays for housing through them for us, I sent my application through 3 months in advance I’m still waiting and I’ve been in my job for a month, they been paying for my hotel but it not the point, I’m working out of a hotel and when I call them to ask for a update they are soooo rude and unhelpful with explaining what things mean and they try so hard to hang up

Unreliable time wasters

Time wasters and they're probably going to get me sacked from work they do my annual gas check 3 times last year they failed to turn up so that's 3 times I had to take time off work for nothing this year they message me late Friday afternoon to tell me they're coming Monday morning because obviously I can just drop everything without a problem oh and then there's the lovely young woman on reception when you call them

Outstanding multi tradesman!!

My experience with mears today was outstanding, a multi trader named Dean came to my property and he did the work so efficiently. He was polite, very tidy and the work was done within the time frame. Thank you Dean for making me happy I can now use my new cooker.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Roof fell in whilst they were doing replacements because they stupidly stacked the roofing tiles which caused it to fall in, this could have been deadly as it fell on the bed where my nieces and nephews sleep. Workers are very negligent, super slow, no respect for residents. They came to fix our bathroom leaving stickers on the bath tub. Replaced our windows and left stickers on the window. A very horrible company.

A job that should've been a day's work…

A job that should've been a day's work still not finished months later. Two cancelled appointments later because their seemingly one and only carpenter rang in sick. .it then takes a month to get another appointment. Claims they can't get the things they need to finish the job when they are readily available in most stores. The don't care attitude of their staff. .making their incompetence your problem,they really are shockingly awful! Head and shoulders the worst company I've ever dealt with. As someone who is chronically ill i need the job completed! Numerous visits,numerous cancelled appointments,numerous excuses and the job still isn't done. A job that should've taken 1 day!

Absolutely awful service and workmanship.

Poor. Use my recycle bin to get rid of their industrial waste. Leave the work area dirty. Dont express any frustration as they play the woke card and terminate the calls. Customer service are aloof and dont place the customer first. Awful company, work personal, and overcharge for their work. Absolutely useless and avoid if you can.
