Review Time
I wish I had read the reviews here first as it seems I am not the only customer to fall victim to the scam that this company is running. I bought a necklace which was too short for my liking and I felt that the extra cost of buying an extender made the overall cost too high for what I wanted to spend. So I duly returned the necklace within the allowed timeframe only to be told it had a scratch and that I was only entitled to a credit note. Never have I ever had this issue with returning an item elsewhere. There is no way the necklace could have been scratched by me when I only tried it on once and then returned it all packaged back up! Looking at the reviews I now realise I am not the only one this has happened to and I will never use this company again. Absolutely shocking.
Wits end. My purchase has sat in "Out for Delivery" for 13 days and counting. The ticket with the courier has been unanswered for over a week. The latest email response from Mejuri is "check with your neighbors in case they have your package". I even did the 3 hour round trip drive to a store where a sympathetic store manager kindly offered to re-sell me the same items. There is no way to actually talk to Mejuri, only email / ticketing, and even when you do, obviously the stance is that customers cannot be trusted and are incompetent. Incredibly disappointing.
I've spent thousands of pounds on jewelry over the last few years. The gold rings leave grey marks on your fingers. One of the pave diamonds fell off the signet ring after wearing it for a month. I spoke to the store who said that they would replace it as it was a manufacturing issue. I'd explained that I'd had it re-sized and they said it was fine. However, when I went to change it, they said I'd been given mis-information. I spoke to the customer service team and they said that although it was a manufacturing issue, the fact that I'd had it re-sized meant they would not replace.
I have been a customer of Mejuri for 4 years now, I have made 7 significant purchases, some in store (London & Miami) but most online. This one will be my last one unfortunately. I love the designs, the quality etc... but my last few orders have either not been delivered, or in my most recent order, a christmas present order - I bought 2 individual earrings and a ring on 28th Nov. Today, 16th Dec, I found out the ring will not be with me until 17th January (great xmas gift...). And in my order of the earrings, only 1 of 2 arrived and now the other is no longer in stock. So out of 3 items, I have 1 earring to gift for xmas. Can't keep being messed around so will sadly no longer be recommending Mejuri.
