Review Time
I was directed to Mejuri by a great review on the New York Times Wirecutter website. As a first time buyer the Mejuri website promised me a 10% discount. I selected a $500 pair of earrings for my wife and went through the process of "joining". However, the promised 10% discount was not applied to my purchase. I went through with the purchase assuming that Mejuri's customer service department would make things right. Unfortunately that was a WRONG assumption. First I was told that I should cancel my order and place a new order. I received this response after the earrings had already been delivered. Second I was told that their policies and procedures would not allow them to credit the discount that their system failed to give me back to my credit card. I've dealt with many other retailers who when a similar issue arose had no problem crediting my account. To be fair, the earrings I purchased were beautifully packaged and appear to be of good quality. However, after experiencing their poor customer service I will not be purchasing from them again.
My other half ordered me a ring for Xmas. Ordered on Friday 20th Dec posting for express delivery. Finally on 27th December an update to say it will be shipped 31st Dec, nothing stating to reimburse for the express delivery charge. First time ordering from Mejuri and such a disappointing customer experience. I was looking at purchasing something else which I will look around for something similar.
I love everything about Mejuri. I love the experience from customer service to ethically sourcing, from sized to quick shipping. I have been buying here for many years and I have not had a bad experience ever. They are always very kind and helpful.
Love my earrings (Stevie hoops in SS & gold) but one of the clasps won't stay closed. I have texted and emailed twice and have not received a response from you. I'm afraid I'm going to lose one of the earrings. Please advise how to get the clasp fixed.
Ordered a 14K solid gold heart charm online and it just arrived. It’s the smallest charm I’ve seen in my life.Pictures online are very misleading.Very expensive for what they offered.Won’t order from them again.Wish I could upload a picture to show how small it is. A joke.
Sent me the wrong item but responded promptly to my email and sent out the correct item with instructions on how to return the incorrect one. Good customer service to rectify a mistake which I understand as it’s a busy time. Unfortunately they have sent the wrong item again and now I have two incorrect pieces to return and it’s 3 days until Christmas.
