I will no longer be a Mejuri customer. Their last email blast included a picture of matches and a women smoking. Not cool in today’s environment to encourage young women to smoke through imaginary to sensationalize an addiction that causes cancer and death.
My husband purchased earrings from the Toronto Ossington location for Christmas. Once earrings were opened one of the two hoops didn’t work properly with the hinge. He had to return the item and he felt the service he received was mediocre at best. Many staff were not attentive. He got replacement earrings. Hopefully the craftsmanship will be better.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMIT TO THEIR SHIPPING GUIDELINES.I placed my order on the 18/12/24. The shipping timeline at checkout said delivered in 7-10 days. on the basis I needed my order by the 3/1/25 i was well within this guideline. Fast forward to today and after multiple emails back and forth I have finally gotten an ETA.... The 14/01/25. What an absolute joke. the customer service is terrible, the organization is terrible.Ontop of all this they LIE. After I received confirmation my order was on its way, I contacted the parcel carrier only for them to say my order was shipped as standard shipping!! as per their website they apparently offer free expedited shipping.This parcel will be getting sent straight back and i will be getting a refund. Absolute joke. Do not order from these guys!!
