Extremely Disappointed with Microsoft’s Declining Customer Service – Business Customers Deserve Bett

As a long-time business customer, I’m shocked at how far Microsoft’s customer service has declined. Over the past few days, I’ve called nine times since Friday alone. On Friday, I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and today I waited for over 2.5 hours, with no resolution. To make matters worse, I logged a support ticket over a month ago, and still haven’t received any help. The case has been assigned to one support agent I can’t even reach, and no one else is able to assist because it’s “locked” to them. This is beyond frustrating. Microsoft seems to be leaning on its market dominance while leaving customers, especially business users, completely stranded. Shockingly, this is now worse than my past experiences with providers like TalkTalk.Microsoft, this level of service is unacceptable. Please escalate this immediately. We rely on your tools for critical operations, and this kind of neglect is damaging and costly.

Microsoft products are becoming…

Microsoft products are becoming increasingly unusable. It is only a matter of time before they go down the tubes taking the stock market and my pension with them

Microsoft: A truly unhelpful company.

I could not agree more with the negative reviews of Microsoft support. Not everyone is confident in making alterations to setup settings and require to be helped by talking to a real person rather than some AI bot. I have essentially been locked out of my PC following an update. Microsoft is asking for me to reset my PIN but it won’t let me do it. I have taken my PC to a computer repair shop who tell me that they can do nothing except a complete reinstall. Microsoft is a company that does not care for personal users; we are but small fry.

Can't access support

Despite the fact I pay £84.99 for my annual 365 subscription I am finding it virtually impossible to access any meaningful support. I don't want to wade through a pile of confusing of online articles. The articles are not matching my actual experience. I would expect more considering the subscription I pay. Get your act together Microsoft. Apple offer brilliant telephone support. Quick and efficient!

Microsoft used to be the best

Microsoft used to be the best. It aimed to be affordable and easy to use. Now they've just jumped to the front of the boat on the capitalist ship. Charging unnecessary and unwarranted amounts for all of their services now. Putting ads on Xbox was diabolical. Raising the prices of consoles that are 6 years old, 150 dollars higher. Massively increasing the price of subscriptions as well as making everything obsolete in 3 years purposefully to make you "upgrade", which is really a downgrade. Microsoft and Xbox have become so greedy that it's disgusting. I'll be getting Linux and a steam deck. Microsoft can shut down and it would be perfectly okay. Bill gates it turns out was buddies with Epstein and got kicked off of his own board of directors due to inappropriate relationships with workers. Just another company run by pedophillic Nazis at this point.

AI Everywhere!! Company fell off

Microsoft used to be alright. I remember getting free remote help when fixing an old computer that had malfunctioned, but they're not like that anymore. They're greedy, foolish, and selfish. Ever since AI has popped up they've just been shoving it everywhere they can, especially where's it's not needed, bloating all of their services; Windows, Outlook, Edge, all of their products are being filled to the brim with "Copilot" bloatware that does nothing but frustrate people like me and get in the way.

Stay away from everything Microsoft

Forces people into new operating systems that are more intrusive, bloaty and bad and destroys nature with that practice as it renders all still amazing devices obsolete as they are not compatible with Windows 11 anymore, hurts creatives since their plugins and DAWs wont work anymore. Scammy behaviour with their software, e.g. old office versions not available anymore, even if you bought the license. Greedy monopoly abusage since most software is developed for microsoft, I hope that changes asap, since I prefer MacOS and Linux these days because of those reasons but I am forced into using Microsoft for work and certain apps that dont yet work on MacOS or Linux. I bought Windows XP in the past and had Microsoft OS' and office on devices preinstalled, and I deeply regret every single support for this monster of a company, that needs to be stopped via healthy competition.
