If there was a - I would have given that. Been trying to get an issue resolved by Microsoft related to MFA since one month but they don't seem to be interest in solving it at all. What a waste of time to be on microsoft support call for hours to be on hold with no resoltions as a business
I have been tying to recover my Microsoft account for months and to no avail. As my address and phone number has changed multiple times since, I set up the account, I am not able to remember these details which I'm asked for to recover it. The alternative questions they ask are invalid and obscure, for example they are asking for my Skype account details to confirm my identity. Once again, I have not used Skype for over 15 years, as this platform is now obsolete. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON which would be most desirable. This is in so much contrast to Apple customer service, where you can always get help speaking to a real life customer service representative.
I purchased an Acer laptop. It says that it comes with 4GB. lolI only have Adobe installed. It's 1.85 GB.Microsoft pre-installed software that I can't delete. Microsoft forces users to use all microsoft programs, by pre-installing them. And not allowing users to delete them. Bing and Edge are all Microsoft products. Microsoft is a monopoly!I'm stuck with a useless P.O.S. that can only surf the web and use Adobe. 😫I contacted Microsoft and was advised to purchase more memory.

Microsoft software is bad enough, full as it is with bugs, unintuitive menu systems, bloated updates and automatic ‘features’ that everyone always wants to turn off. But their recent decision to force domestic customers to accept a 35% cost increase by bundling in their unwanted, unnecessary and appallingly bad AI service really takes the biscuit. Sadly, there’s no point in urging anyone to cancel their subscription because Microsoft is ubiquitous, which is why they don’t care at all about their customers. The only thing to do is to add voice to the legions of people here already noting what Microsoft products all are: absolute garbage.
I have had xbox for years. I grew up with it. And with the fact I struggle with money. Makes it harder for me to pay over £22-£23 for ONE month, im sorry but thats worse than asking us to pay for water. Its worse than paying an extra £10 for tv licence to watching something I already paid for. No thanks. Dont want it. Absolutely not.
Support? Would have had a better conversation with a wall. They set up the currency in USD on our ads account, and apparently they can’t change it. Only way to “fix” their error is to start again. Are you being serious 😅, waste of my time and am not even sure its worth making a new ads account for them to do it to me again, Google Ads is the only way forward
