Locked out of my email Buxtonroofing X hotmail.xxxUsing my recovery email billybuxton35 X gmail.xxx to get access and I'm been told I can't pass security what a shambles I have vans, billboards, clothing etc all with my email address on them. I need help I can not afford to buy all new please help
I wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend purchased 2 games a couple of weeks ago. One of the games was too big to fit on his xbox storage device so he couldn't play it. The other game stopped working and would not load, so he couldn't play that one either. Microsoft runs the online game store for xbox and they keep denying my boyfriend's request for a refund. For 2 products he can't even use. They made us wait over 2 weeks to deny the first request to say that they can't refund it because he played one of the games for 10 minutes. Now they are denying his request because it has been over 30 days. If they had been more timely in orocessing these requests, we would not be over the 30 day mark at this time. I called and spoke with a supervisor just to get the run around and I was told I need to speak with someone from the refund department. Well you can only speak with them via email. All around horrible customer service from a company that obviously doesn't want to give out refunds for their own products that do not work or to help their customers when a mistake is made such as buying a game that requires more storage space than there is available on the console.
Terrible experience with getting customer support for a subscription that was charged without my knowledge. Passed around multiple people without any clear answer despite this will have occurred before, meaning they have no set policy so are just doing their best to give out as few refunds as possible - maybe they're struggling to pay their energy bills too...Sometimes it's hard not to use companies as big as Microsoft however there are many other tools out there now which offer everything MS do and more.If you're looking for a quick, free replacement for MS office you could try Notion or Coda.
I simply copied this review because it describes my situation perfectly. I had the same horrible expecrience and lost 5 games worth 200$+and all the game progress because microsoft out of all things can't even recover the accounts to their rightfull OWNERS!!!!TERRIBLE incompetent customer service.TERRIBLE incompetent customer service.I got hacked and the hacker changed all my recovery options without even knowing my password (session cookie).It's IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone competent in customer service and you get a wall of low-paid indian. My account was paid for and 20 years old. Their "security" systems will only secure a hacker, as I was able to recover my account myself but not change security information as I didn't have access to the fake email.I have talked to 5 different customer service guys who are all "microsoft ambassadors" and equally useless. Eventually CDOC got involved and all they did was lock my account completely and send me a mail with questions that had no correct answers as I never used my account for email.This company should be sued, do NOT trust them with anything!
Microsoft on its outlook accounts has decided that every one has to reverify their accounts. It's doing this by sending a verification code to a mobile phone, however it is failing to send the codes through. Whose bright idea was this, I hope they get sacked.
I have spent days trying to recover an account after the email address associated with it was closed by yahoo. The experience has been less enjoyable that giving myself paper cuts and in conclusion to my saga of trying to get my account worth a few thousand dollars back I am effectively told to go screw myself and hung up on despite me not being rude or using any mean or derogatory language.
Absolutely shambolic. We're having issues with our business log in. We are constantly told to log in to contact support which we can't. I can't email anyone at Microsoft as and email isn't provided, and when you call customer support, you're treated by the worst AI robot I've had the displeasure of speaking too.No matter what you do pr say, you won't get put through to a human and it cuts the call after always suggesting going online for help. The "customer service" team at Microsoft must be having the best of time doing no work or I can picture a baron office space with tumble weed.Also being in London, there's only one place I could potentially go to to seek help in person and I highly doubt, even if I go out my way to the store that they'd assist me.One of the worst experiences I've had with dealing with a company.
Just so fed up of Microsoft adding new "features" with no way of permanently turning them off if I don't want them. If a feature can be turned off for a while, how hard can it be to be able to turn it off for good? Basically, Microsoft are saying "we know better than YOu know what you like" - what a patronising attitude for a company to have.
