Absolutely horrible experience with Miles Mobility. For nearly a month, I’ve been sending messages asking for a simple clarification about my account, yet their customer service completely ignores me. I’ve received no response, no explanation, and no effort to resolve my issue. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of support is shocking, and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and want any kind of assistance when things go wrong!

First experience with Miles

After receiving my driver's license, I decided to test drive a Miles car. My first experience was unique because I was only allowed to drive "S" cars. I drove a 2022 Volkswagen Polo GP, and the inside design was amazing, providing great comfort. The price is reasonable. You pay €0.99 per kilometer plus a €1 unlock fee and 1€ protection (optional). If you're lucky, you may even find a bonus ride up to €7, making it budget friendly. The only difficulty I had with the Miles car was that the windscreen washer fluid was always empty, so I had to clean it manually.Before renting a car, always ensure you take videos and photos of the car from all angles. If you notice any damage, report it immediately via the app. Otherwise, the next person who rents the car might report the damage, and you could face issues since you won’t have proof that it wasn’t your fault. I recommend starting the video by showing the front license plate while mentioning the date and time, then moving on to document any visible damage (if present), and finishing the video by showing the back license plate.

This company is a complete rip-off

This company is a complete rip-off. Even after paying the original city fine in full, they pile on their own outrageous fees and penalties without justification. The only way to contact them is through email, which takes weeks for a response if they even bother to reply. Meanwhile, they keep charging an extra 2.50€ every time just for processing their is zero customer support, no transparency, and no way to dispute their unfair charges. It’s a blatant money grab with no regard for fairness or service. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this scammy company

Do not use Miles under any circumstances. The prices seem good however they will sting you with fines for things you did not commit. They debited €100 from my account because I supposedly set the smoke detector in the car off. Problem is, I do not smoke.They also frequently try and charge people for damages they have not commited. There are hundreds of cases of this. I once had a small accident in a Miles car which I reported to Miles and to the police, as per protocol. When the police arrived the police WARNED ME about Miles. That is how bad this company is.
