Unreasonable customer service. I got my account permanently banned after refusing to send copies of my ID over email which made no sense as they’ve been verified securely over the app (after they supposedly couldn’t identify me over the phone even though I called from my registered number on the app). No thanks, they got expensive anyway and the cocky response from their CS a la “don’t try to make another account it won’t change our decision” was to laugh at. I made another account after deciding that I’ll give this app another go and them never once mentioning I’ve been banned, only placing a message on the app “contact customer service” AFTER taking my card details again etc. Dodgy and weird. I had a very disappointing experience with Miles. They charged me excessive service fees for a service I did not ask This lack of transparency and choice is unacceptable.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I received no refund or satisfactory response after a week of waiting. I cannot recommend Miles due to their poor customer service and unfair practices. Save your money and look for a better alternative!
I am really disappointed with my experience using Miles Mobility. I accidentally parked the car outside the designated area because it was difficult to see the exact boundaries in the app. I genuinely thought I had ended the trip correctly. Instead, I was hit with a €110 fee for just 30 km – absolutely outrageous!What made the situation worse was the poor customer service. Stella from the support team was particularly unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. The terms and conditions are also not transparent, and the pricing model is unclear – why is everything only in English?Overall, this was a frustrating and unfriendly experience, and I won’t be recommending the service.
Customer support suqqs a s s and is very helpful (not). Sent me a fine. Discussed it. Fastforward, I said I will pay it, but requested to pay the sum later in the month as they deducted 300€ from my acc, while i communicated id rather wire it. I paid it a few days after they sent me an invoice. (Well they just deducted it from my account). I havent used Miles and deleted the app and all since JUNE.Tell me why Miles sent an incasso bureau to stalk me for an apparant fine in JULY ? Mind you I havent used the app. Miles never sent me another invoice, never mailed never called for an apparant fine in July. You guys immediately send an Inkasso bureau to stalk me. Are you okay? Belgium customer support trying to rip off money again yeah?Do not use these ripoffs cars. Stick with Poppy in Belgium.
The cars offered are often dirty with a lot of trash inside and most of them have a lot of scratches and marks, which makes it more time-consuming to inspect before unlocking the car and using it, since you have to do all the checks. Many times they reek of cigarette or weed smell and there is never water for cleaning the windshield. Recently I used a VW car whose front screen (that shows the speed etc) was broken so I could not see the speed and rpm. I used to use it often, but now after a series of unacceptable cars I only use them in case of emergency.
