They did the same thing with me . I parked in the parking areas marked by them and the next day I received a fine for €100, because I left the car in a private parking lot. This is outrageous . I have been parking in the same spot for four months ,in the moment ,there are six cars parked in the same spot, but it seems the rules are being applied backwards for some or how. I want to mention that the place is still marked as allowed to park there. This is extortion and they simply withdraw the money from your bank accounts without you approving the transfer. “Miles” Don’t try to take yourself out of the equation with this answer , I’ve also send pictures to you , the car was in the right place , with six other cars there ,on the place marked on your app , the car was not move at all , no interventions from your firma so stop the lying, I understood the situation you guys like to take money when you have no right , good for me there are other Apps better then yours that don’t steal and appreciate their costumers.
Hello,I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your service. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. As a loyal customer who has been using the Miles app for two years, I am appalled by the treatment I received. I encountered a significant issue, and not only was your customer service completely ineffective, but they were also unpleasant and unprofessional in their communication. Their responses were repetitive, showed no real understanding of the problem, and offered no solution whatsoever. What’s even more disappointing is the total lack of human connection or effort to retain a loyal customer. No goodwill gesture, no empathy, no respect—it’s simply unacceptable. After this experience, I will no longer use your app, and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of how poorly you treat your customers. I can only recommend against using your service.I hope you take this feedback seriously, but based on your behavior so far, I’m not holding my breath.Sincerely,A very dissatisfied former customer
Hello , everyone.I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend Marko, who has been unjustly treated by this company.Marko is a loyal customer who rents cars from this company regularly and has never once had issues with fines or the police. But last week, everything changed. He parked the car in a location where the car company (Miles) claims he wasn’t allowed to park, and now they are demanding an outrageous €400 from him.The breakdown of this ridiculous sum? €70 for “administration fees”—simply for notifying him—and charges for towing and police involvement. But here’s the catch: Marko, shocked and confused, went to check the location himself. What did he find? The car hadn’t even been towed! It had merely been moved a few meters further. A towing service wasn’t even involved.Naturally, Marko requested proof—proof from the police, proof from the towing service—anything to confirm that this supposed “infraction” warranted the fee. But Miles refused to provide any evidence. Their response? A cold and dismissive: “You just have to pay. If you want proof, contact the police yourself.”Marko didn’t stop there. He asked for the situation to be escalated and for a supervisor to intervene. But again, the company blatantly ignored him. Instead, they doubled down, threatening to charge him even more if he didn’t pay immediately. This is extortion, plain and simple. They are bullying their customers into paying excessive, baseless fees without providing any justification. Marko’s experience is not just frustrating—it’s alarming.Everyone needs to know what this company is doing to its customers. They exploit their clients, using intimidation and shady tactics to steal their money.Do not trust this company. Stay far, far away unless you want to be the next victim of their greed.€400 for this nonsense? Absolutely insane.

Good service. Had an unfortunate experience with one of their cars that was not left as it should have been! I contacted customer service to inform them about how the particular car was left. Customer service was very understanding and refunded an amount that I could use on the app.
I was visiting Germany from the UK and had been advised to book Miles to travel to a spot out of Berlin. After creating an account and validating my drivers licence and credit card with a booking - at the last minute Miles cancelled my booking and wouldnt accept any other credit card leaving me scrambling to find other transportation. To add to this, they now claim that I owe them this invoice for a booking I couldn't take! User beware with these guys, especially if on an international licence or credit card! better off with a traditional rental agency.
