This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.As a loyal customer who has been using the Miles app for two years, I am appalled by the treatment I received. I encountered a significant issue, and not only was your customer service completely ineffective, but they were also unpleasant and unprofessional in their communication. Their responses were repetitive, showed no real understanding of the problem, and offered no solution whatsoever.What’s even more disappointing is the total lack of human connection or effort to retain a loyal customer. No goodwill gesture, no empathy, no respect—it’s simply unacceptable.After this experience, I will no longer use your app, and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of how poorly you treat your customers. We needed to have a car for a unknown period of time, so I booked at first a small Miles car (Polo) for 3 days, and then kept it for more than a week longer - it was a real life saver, and the price was SO reasonable - my experience here has always been good!
The same spot from where i took a miles car this morning, and where i always park, became no parking zone in the afternoon. The nearest allowed parking zone has become too far away that makes using a miles car unuseful and unpractical.
