Had to pay an additional 24 to get out of the airport as prevois driver just took a ticket without paying.. tried to contact help desk several times.. no response whatsoever. Will not be using them again.. things can happen but they should have the decency to at least aknowledge you
It is so easy to get a car nearby. And the app is easy to use. As a new driver we can also drive. Some other companies are not let the new drivers to use their facilities. What is not good is about the range of the city part. Somewhere nearby should also be included, for example Kalbach and so on.
If you’re looking for a masterclass in how to alienate a loyal customer of nearly a decade, look no further than Miles! These clowns slapped me with a €100 fine for supposedly smoking in a car—a car that, I might add, has been graced with nothing but fresh air and my impeccable non-smoking record. I even have witnesses, but I guess their word isn’t worth much when you’re dealing with a company that treats its customers like peasants rather than the kings we are supposed to be.The cherry on top? Their customer service. I haven’t been spoken to with such disdain since the Middle Ages. They practically called me a liar on the phone, with all the charm of a medieval dungeon guard. So, Miles, congratulations—you’ve successfully driven away a loyal customer. Enjoy your €100; it’s the last cent you’ll ever see from me. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
They are thieves and scammers. They discriminated against us by charging us 250.00 euros for a vehicle that we never used. They never sent us the code and on the phone they insulted us saying that they did not understand our Spanish language. Those who speak Spanish must be very careful because these scammers steal from your face and neither send nor answer a receipt. The bank tells us to file a complaint with this pseudo company because it is not the first time they have done it. It is the way to make money by deceiving citizens and tourists
Yesterday Miles took 100 euros from my account for smoking in their car. I' a non-smoker and would never allow anyone to smoke in a car with me. I wrote to Miles and they sent me "proof" from the Bosch sensor report. This showed through GPS and time data that the alert happened when I opened the door directly next to a busy grillplatz on a summer saturday afternoon. They insist that the sensor uses AI which can tell the difference in smoke, and refuse to consider a refund. This is outrageous! As is the idea that they can just take a fine from my credit card. I was a premium subscriber and used Miles cars regularly. I've cancelled my membership and don't plan to use them again.
