Customer support cancelled my account without any reason

I had an issue with my account, and reached out to customer service. After letting me wait for two weeks I received a cryptic answer that did not help me.But the worst part is: After this they cancelled my account IMMEDIATELY without any reasons mentioned and without any prior warnings.I used MILES daily and always used it according to their terms and conditions and now they cancel my account???

Problems with customer support and app set up

In general, Miles is a great service and I am happy to have something like it! However, the service needs improvement. There are some major problems with the app and with customer service that make it unreliable:1) For damage reports, you are asked to inspect the outside of the vehicle and say whether or not it is drivable - but you have to submit the report before unlocking and entering the vehicle. So if there is a problem inside the vehicle and then you find out it is not drivable, there is nothing you can do - and you still get charged. In my case the e-brake was immovable and I had to find a new car, of course, there was no way in the app to report this and I still had to pay for the few minutes I was in the car trying to start it. 2) I woke up with a big move planned for the day and there was just a small note saying my account was suspended, without any explanation or warning. I tried to call customer support and they just said to write an email. So it's not possible to solve a problem quickly. I had to rearrange my day last minute and borrow a car from a friend, taking 4 trips to move instead of one with a Miles van. Luckily I didn't have huge furniture!Very confusing. I am waiting for an answer. Regardless of the reasons, I think it would only be fair to warn customers when planning to suspend their accounts and provide the reason why, as well as a clear path to resolve it - so that they can do this in time for big plans

Nonexistent Customer Service

The customer service simply does not reply at all. If you have problems with the car you are alone with that. I have been wanting for over a Month!!! and still have not received a reply from customer support

Fraudulent Charges

There’s a large chance they will just charge you randomly for extra fees even if they are completely wrong. While the idea of the service is good, this company is the lowest of the low and shouldn’t be trusted at all.

Was charged nearly 30€ for an admission…

Was charged nearly 30€ for an administrative fee as they just resent me a fine ticket from the police ( speeding ticket ) plus the fine payed directly to the police ) but nearly €30 just to resent an e mail from the police is too much I think. 30€ for Miles to take from my card. As a loyal customer I will avoid them at allCost . Also they use a lie 🤥 such as it was for parking or towing ticket bla bla. Mine was just a speeding ticket ( according the police report with my picture as I was driving and all details. But glad that I closed my amount with them as they can ScamYou for much much more and use their lie and excuses. Also tried to call them there was no respond also an e mail no respond for so many days ….. they are fast to help themselves to take your money from your credit card without letting you know beforehand but unwilling to communicate with you. Enjoy my nearly €30
