Horrible company, It's almost impossible to cancel if you dont speak FLUENT french, because when you call to cancel they will try to counteroffer, if you dont want to hear and just cancel,they tell you please get a french speaker. So I had to pay a legal letter to send a written solicitude to cancel my subscription, apart from this I'll have charged their cancelling fees of around 50 euros, and also the extra month that passed (I've been trying to call again with hopes of finding a spanish/english speaker but they never do)
