I travelled to the US on the 2nd of April 2022. I couldn’t make phone calls only WhatsApp and Internet worked. Free assistance never did anything to help and I had to buy a new phone and line from AT&T. No sign from Free Mobile since then even after calls to compensate.Not a serious business. They don’t care about their service nor their customers.Shame.

Avoid, avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. This company is incompetently run. Will shut your service off. Still charge you, and customer service as far as I can tell would be better run by a bottled fart. Do yourself a favor. Enough people have fallen on the grenade of this terrible company! Don't follow in their footsteps!
