This service should be illegal

I went to the free store to get wifi the 25th of October and they scheduled a technician appointment to activate my line, but then they cancelled it and after almost a month (23rd of November) I had no news about it, so I went to the store and they told me they finished the boxes, so I had to change to a more expensive plan to get the connection, but I could not unsubscribe without paying the yearly amount. So I did, in a week the other box arrived, they told me to plug it and it should have worked, I did and it is not working, I went to the store and they told me that I should call the technical service, which is in French, and I don't know how to speak french.So it is since 25th of October that I am stuck without wifi and I cannot change to another service, that thing should be illegal

I am without internet for 3 weeks now…

I am without internet for 3 weeks now aparently a general problem afecting other users, so 3 weeks to fix an issue that affects several clients? They aren't even capable of giving an time estimate on the fix.No customer support, when i went to a physical shop they tried extorting me 50 euros to give me their mobile internet.I work from home and this is a disaster, i am in contact with my company lawyer and will open a claim.

I had a problem yesterday that I apparently couldn't solve on my "espace abonné" alone, so I wrote to the customer service. I don't think I have ever had such a bad experience as yesterday's. Instead of trying to help me they replied that "They though they had been crystal clear" when they first said I didn't have any other option and that keep bothering them would not solve anything. This is not how you should handle costumers even if they can't be helped the way they wanted to be helped. This is just unpoliteness. Now I have to solve things alone, but once I have come out of this mess I'm going straight to some other French telephone company and I'm leaving FreeMobile. If I could put zero stars I would, Highly unsuggested to anyone.

Horrible customer experience and…

Horrible customer experience and overcharged for 3 months. Free have not followed through on their promise to refund charges they made after my contract had been cancelled. I used Free for 6 weeks on my trip to France. Trying to cancel was a painful process, I had to send a letter in the post - hello, it's 2023 Free and we do business online !!I've now called them 3 times and every time they are unhelpful at best but eventually agree that I will be refunded for the 3 months that I continued to be charged after cancelling.It has been 6 months now and I still haven't been refunded the incorrect charges despite all their promises.Needless to say that I will NEVER use Free again and will shout from the rooftops about how bad a company this is.
