Dissapoited nothing works ended…

Tried to pay online nothing works ended up going directly to the store. Online payment indicated that my card doesn't support with 3D and my card has problem. Called bank and honestly everything good with my card. Paid tickets via mobile app and as soon as I reached 10 EUR the mobile data was restricted leaving me completely vulnerable. Honestly no one speaks English and it's shame in many telecommunications people not only should but Big Must speaking in English if requiredLeaving Free mobile today as honestly pissed off with them and theirs services

Happy with the fast fibre internet…

Happy with the fast fibre internet service but the price doubles after one year at end of 'promotion' entry rate of €16/month. So I told Free that I was going to change to a new operator. To keep me as a Fibre client Free offered to include my mobile phone contract in the new €35/mo price. I accepted this and kept my old number, and Free cancelled other mobile contract. But when I open my Free SIM card received by mail, it is not triple cut, only double cut. So the SIM card doesn't fit my phone and I'm now supposed to buy a new Nano SIM card at €10... meanwhile having no phone service? It's just stupid to send people a card they can't use for their phone and then demand they pay for a card that fits. Oh and I can't even call customer service cos I don't have a SIM that works. Guaranteed to make customer angry. For now I'm locked into their services but I leave Free, no regrets! I was happy with RED SFR for mobile so I suggest you try them instead.

No Refund for Over-payment

4 years ago I was loading euros onto my Free account from my mobile while in France, need to only add 10€ to cover out-of-plan calls. I accidentally added 1,000€ which was deducted directly from my BNP account. I spent the next year at their boutique in Paris, on the phone and writing letters, incuding one from a lawyer friend in Paris. NOTHING worked. I eventually just treated the "extra" 990€ as a positive balance towards my monthly subscription for two phones. Since I pay my bill by prelevement, that worked and I had no monthly payments due for several years. But a lousy experience with the company.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE FREEBOX

I went to a store to subscribe to my freebox wifi set and double confirmed with the lady if there should be any hidden charges that I should be aware of. She reassured me saying that it's just the cost of the player, and there aren't delivery costs at all, and said it would only be xxx value. TELL ME WHY, when I see my bank statement I was charged more than double the price for "service and other fees". Contacted the service team and they basically just replied with a little "oops but it's in the fine print that we emailed to you" and "sorry it was not communicated to you clearly". I was basically lied to and scammed into subscribing. Now I know I'm going to have a difficult time unsubscribing as well, having read all these comments. Faire attention à Free mobile les arnaquersAlso, unreliable wifi because I could not even set it up on my own (as stated) and it was only successfully set up after TWO technicians had visited my apartment. The technicians were nice but it's just inefficient and unreliable. Sometimes the wifi is way slower than it is advertised too. Overall, not recommended.
