I have been with FREE for several years now and at first all was well! I had great coverage and the customer service service was excellent. Since June everything has gone wrong!! Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!! It is revolting! Since June I have had no signal in my village and have and apparently, I have been told that if I want to lodge a complaint and make a claim I have to do it in writing as they do not take emails and that they have 30 days to reply to you!!! I have worked for major international companies, larger than and their policy was that if they received a complaint it ,had to be replied within 24 hours, not a month!!!! This is the most disgusting service I have ever received from any company!!!!!!!!

I am fuming ! Bunch of incompetents! I ordered 2 SIM cards with 2 numbers (one for me and one for my daughter) I received only 1 card and after 2 weeks of trying to get hold of them . They finally reply (on WhatsApp) they said they took care of it and I should receive the second card in few days. I did but it turns out it was a replacement card! Never seen so much incompetency together. I already spoke to 4 different advisors. No one knows what’s a going on. All the same unprofessional.

Free is the complete opposite, once you own a sim card they make it extremely difficult to cancel the contract. Even after following all directions online I still didn't manage to get it cancelled and I still continually got charge monthly for a service that was meant to be cancelled. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this network unless you intend to use them forever

Awful company to deal with. Good coverage, but they cease your service without warning and make you pay more to reinstate. We were travelling and they also debited our account with way more money than expecte. Even when you are on a no contract plan, you have to end it in writing!! Do not use them. You have been warned!
