1.- They make it very easy and convenient to start a contract but their cancellation policy is stone-age primitive.2.- Their pricing is very obscure and unclear, they will charge you for everything they can find a hole in.3.- When things go wrong it is nearly impossible to request help by any means other than phone calls and they only speak French, and a very hard to understand one.4.- Do not dare take a look at their offers or look into an ad, they will track you and call you non-stop all day to get you to hire their service.5.- Most importantly they do not inspire trust, they show you how easy everything can be when convenient for them but do not reciprocate.As with most French companies they have very poor customer service.

AWFUL!They speak NO English, Spanish, italian, German, nothing. If you don't speak french they are unpolite and will do the possible not to let you do anything! I need to stop my abonnement but it is the f... annoyng and they are the most unpolite service I have ever used. Still paying them since months because they are stu*** as hell. Worst service ever.
Automatically upgraded my plan from 9 eur to 20 eur without notification. Now there are only 2 subscription plans possible: 2 eur - 50 mb, 2h20 eur - 210 gbTo change tariff you need to pay 10 eur.You cannot change your tariff within 3 months after the previous tariff plan change.So, if you missed the date of automatic tariff change in total you need to pay 3 month * 20 eur + 20 eur (prepayment) + 10 eur (tariff change). In total 90 eur. Even if you don't need it at all. Scammers

They make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe (impossible to do it via website).I ended up paying an extra 3 months AFTER letting them know I wanted to stop their services. During those 3 months I was billed, my phone number was NOT in service. Not sure why I was being charged. I was chased and harassed by their debt collector who must be on payroll - this is OBVIOUSLY a scam and they do this with every customer who wants to end their contract with them.
