I notified Mweb of my debit order…

I notified Mweb of my debit order problem, and they said they had fixed it; nonetheless, they continue to debit on the old date, suspending my account. When I called in again on the 26th, a woman helped me and asked me to hang on for a minute. When that minute passed and she did not return, I had to end the call, and I have sent Mweb a screenshot of the conversation. I noticed that you had closed the inquiry on your end; you offered no feedback, and I'm very sure I'll have to deal with the same problem this month, which is ridiculous. As a service provider, you must acknowledge that your service is awful and

Mweb are scammers …

Most of the time the wifi has no internet and when you try to call the call center for help, is so useless, because otp number never been send. Even if you bypass that you be onhold for more than 2hrs and still other failure, no help no Wi-Fi. yet you need to pay for they're services end off the month.

Pay so much for wifi that goes on and off every 5 minutes. The connection is not stable Have had this crap wifi for too long. Time for a reliable stable wifi connection that's worth paying for!!!!

Solid Fibre Service - but wo behold if you need anything above and beyond.. even the smallest thing

good solid fibre service... But their phone customer service is seriously worse than dealing with a south african government department in my experience. Unbelievably bad telephone service. I am moving home and am transferring between open serve and TT Connect. TT Connect offers a far more expensive service for a lower download speed than openserve. I wanted to simply know if TT Connect offered promotions in the past. That would help me decide whether I would pay a fixed installation fee and go on a month-to-month contract (and wait for a possible promotion). Or put me down for an annual contract (and pay R249 for installation).I was on a 34-minute descent into bureaucratic hell where one operative from moving home put me through to another, then sales - who were the ones who could offer the information - but immediately put me back to moving home. A gentleman in accounts was helpful in the middle of it all. When I eventually got through to sales, "Ashton" offered to help and then the call was cut (got to say I laughed at this point... guess it wasn't worth the commission he wasn't making to give advice:).MWEB is great all goes to plan and is standard. Their tech team in the past has been helpful. But if you need anything above and beyond that involves a sales issue etc - might as well be dealing with a South African government department.

My mom and I wasted 2 hours of trying…

My mom and I wasted 2 hours of trying to get thru to them after they suspended our account without us knowing why. We stayed on the line with Tech for 1 hour only for them to cut the call once our call got put thru to an agent and we spent another hour with the Billing number only for them to cut the call everytime we called!!! Absolutely terrible service

The worst nightmare

The worst nightmare. Almost a week without fiber connection and no one seems to bother about assisting. I kept on calling, they drop the calls no one seems to know how to assist. Queries logged on their dont get resolved there is an automated message advising clients not to bombard their technician with calls as they are aware about the faults. I am so much frustrated and irritated.

Worst than the ANC in service delivery in EC. (Signs of a ponzy schem the way they are operating)

I am now accumulating a telephone expense from this company just for them to get a technician to come and install a cable on my flat. I am sent to pillar to post for the internet to work. They promised my debit order would only go 5 days after installation. That did not happen at all. They took my money and I am out of internet. It not even a month and I have had enough. I don't need social buddies to be on the phone for this long. I want my order canceled, your services are worse than the stands shame. Your agents are all sweet words and empty promises of following up with who is at fault. I am not writing here because I want to write a terrible review. I just want my money back. I love order and transparency for my company(It looks good on me).
