placed an order three weeks ago on the second week told cannot verify my banking detials changed all details order approved item arrived after three weeks only to connect and its says no internet or data called mweb more than a 100 times no help are these people for real as cleints pay their salaries have modem not working no help but debit must run what is this no help consideration for cleints they put you on hold and forget you. im using mweb at work for 22years however i need to really review this the service is pathetic no manager are available at all times you email or call makes no difference let see if a manager will call 0787366412/0728378109

Customer service levels are disastrous, technical support, non existent. I'm having a very bad experience with mweb they canceled my account after not paying in 11days so I'm phoning them to reactivate my account so I can make a payment but all I get is they answering machine telling me to hold for next available operator I've literally wasted R100 airtime being on hold on spoke to no one please tell me how to get my problem sorted because it's also showing my account is inactive so I can't do anything
I cancelled my contract with Mweb telephonically on 5 August 2024.I have since received an email stating that the service will be terminated on 30 September 2024 which will in actual fact be 2 (two) nonths notice.I spoke to one arrogant and rude staff member YANELISA GULWA who was quite adamant that "a calendar month" is from the 1st to 30th of a month. In terms of SA Law this is not so.I also spoke to Ms G Peterson on 5 August who confirmed that the contract will be cancelled at the end of this month as we had already paid for August.I find it very disturbing that you have rude staff that speaks over a client who is trying to explain.YANELISA furthwr stated that I will be debited at the end of August for a full month.Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and revert to me.
Mweb is the most screwed up ever, u call u hang for hours when u finally speak to a agent they put the line down... Also the app is so messed up username and password and otp system is bad... all I wanna bloody do Is pay for reconnection I've waisted so many hours on this stupid system and still struggling... Make your system easy for people to navigate my good greef I can't even explain how frustrated I am at this point. Your app is bad mahn!!!!!!!!!!!
Most useless service. I have mweb for 4 years and it's continuous disaster one after the other, I can't even get a hold of someone to cancel.. Calls emails I tried all means and ways. This is my last hope. I have a debit set up on my account but instead they use my wife's old bank details, how did they get that God only knows.
I have been without internet for 5 days now. I have phoned and emailed them with no luck. Just excuses, excuses. This is THE worst service provider that I have ever encountered. Quick to take your money but forget about after sales service. They are pathetic.
Please change the name from Mweb to scammers. The name scammers will really suite your company.You want people to pay you guys without providing any service.My wifi had a problem since May and you kept on sending technician who were not able to fix it. For the month of June no service was provided.So scammers what payment are you looking for? You provide service you get paid.
They increase prices without communicating it first to the client, when you need assistance and you call you need to be prepared to hold for 30+ min while being transferred to different departments only for you not to get help, I moved out of home, they suspended my account because i reversed wifi payments, now the people occupying there want to use their fibre, the line is still under my name and they refuse to release and cancel my contract with them because I owe them, they suspended me on 10 July, they expect me to pay in full for July, even thou we havent been using their fibre cause its suspended, they also want payment for August, they refuse to make payment arrangements and want the amount in full for July and August, even thou no one is using it, I am going to pay for mahala just so they can cancel my contract, i am tired of their kak
