They increase prices without communicating it first to the client, when you need assistance and you call you need to be prepared to hold for 30+ min while being transferred to different departments only for you not to get help, I moved out of home, they suspended my account because i reversed wifi payments, now the people occupying there want to use their fibre, the line is still under my name and they refuse to release and cancel my contract with them because I owe them, they suspended me on 10 July, they expect me to pay in full for July, even thou we havent been using their fibre cause its suspended, they also want payment for August, they refuse to make payment arrangements and want the amount in full for July and August, even thou no one is using it, I am going to pay for mahala just so they can cancel my contract, i am tired of their kak
Pathetic MWEB at it again... I've had to make payments after I had notified them of the change of date for that very thing. Now my account is suspended because they didn't care to check those payments made and am not able to get through to accounts whether I try calling customer service or their technical support who by way were helpful but could not do much more than transfer me to that department. It makes me wonder how they were able to suspend my account after all... Now that I've paid, they are not there to assist me... MWEB are just pathetic in dealing with their customers...
Horrible customer serviceThey will not help you because they only have the sales department on duty, technical team and billing team are forever on holiday, they are quick to suspend your line, but somehow you have to beg them to restore it even after payment. I regret not releasing my line sooner! this time around I WILL MAKE SURE THEY CANCEL.
Mweb is terrible When they want your business, they will promise you the whole world. They have no issue debiting your account on time, every time, but the second you are an official client, don't try to get any kind of help from themI've logged a moving request in May 2024. July 2024, still no joy!! I sent through the first email in May, they claim it was never received on their end.I send it through again at the end of June early July. I advised them that I don't have access to an email address that they have on their system and provide them with alternative details, they STILL email the address they have on their system, which means I can't access it.Finally I am able to see the mail and they say that my account has been suspended, I immediately settle the account, only to find out that they debit my account again for the very same amount, on Monday I follow up and I'm told everything is in order. I was unable to connect so they asked for further information. Once provided they tell me that they now need proof of address (which was given) and since my lease is on the business name they need proof that the business in on my name - because of course I would want to put fiber in an address I don't live in.It's been this long without internet- a service I'm paying for.If you can use any other provider, please save yourself the drama and do so.
It is not right with me to write this negative reviews . but pain I have to and so dissatisfied with your service.Every month I find myself paiyng extra money which I don't understand where it is coming from when I ask about it they will tell me all this nonsense which I don't understand.i don't like to call youa scam but you act like it
The Mweb service is terrible. My account was debited yesterday at 11:00 am, but I still don't have an internet connection today. I couldn't work the whole day because of this issue. When I tried calling them, they didn't answer their phones. They are a terrible service provider. I have logged a query on their website, but they still have no reply.
