Truly a terrible terrible company

Truly a terrible terrible company I posted a review and was messaged by the company I was due a refund and my account would be credited. Yep, 10 days later and I’m still waiting. They moved customer service overseas and it BLOWS. They lie on sales and couldn’t care less about customer service. They advertise a site wide sale but are very selective about what products get placed on sale. Site wide means just that, site wide It’s truly a shame what happened to this company. I’d advise everyone to not walk away from them, but run away and don’t look back

Never help, item arrived damaged and they keep asking photo and I sent and they ask again and sent and never response on time , every customer agent answer differently really bad

I was going to become a regular…

I was going to become a regular customer but will be shopping elsewhere now. I bought leggings in an XXL and they sent me them in XXS. They are saying I have to pay out of pocket to return them and customer service go back and forth with multiple messages not really understanding what they are talking about. Absolute joke. I shouldn’t have to pay to return their error

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service from this cowboy outfit. Subscription address was updated but as with others that have had the same issue the undate has been a error at 'my protein' end. Ive now had 2x deliveries gone awol £80 worth. My protein customer service have dont nothing to help. Ill never use these jokers again.

STILL WAITING FOR LEAH TO ACTION REFUND!!!

Still waiting for my refund from my protein dispite sending them the proof of postage 12 times! Every agent asks the same questions over and over rather than effing doing anything.Waiting for ‘Leah’ to process my refund after a month of rubbish…

Absolutely terrible customer service/ delivery

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order is now 10 days late and no tracking updates are provided after my planned delivery date. Upon contacting customer services i got a short apology and a refund. Nothing else after all the time ive wasted contacting/emailing etc. I will switch to another brand now that actually cares about it customers!

Bought protein and supposed to get free gift did get free gift when product arrived contacted my protein they were not very helpful so asked to return product eventually got label to return product I sent it back and the tracking number said that they had received it contacted my protein they said they had not received product so leave it fourteen days then I would get a refund but NOTHING has happened just left waiting for my refund no COMMUNICATION whatsoever

I ve been buying bodybuilding…

I ve been buying bodybuilding supplements for many years and can honestly say my protein products are good value for money and taste OK but more importantly are up there with the branded named supplements for their efficiency in building muscle.I know many consumers have had delayed deliveries but I can honestly say over the 20 plus deliveries I ve none that took longer than 3 days .Overall I m happy with the service.
