Absolutely appalling customer service experience.I have had three live chat conversations with My Protein and had completely different answers each time I have discussed with them.I had a subscription and the product was out of stock this month. I wasn’t informed about this and realised when the product hadn’t turned up by the usual date. I followed it up on live chat and eventually agreed to cancel the subscription with it also being agreed there would be no further charges and no delivery for this month or thereafter.A week later, I was charged for the subscription. I was told there was no way this month’s order (which I agreed a week ago to cancel) could actually be cancelled even though it was out of stock and, as it was being ‘processed for dispatch’, I would have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it. Whenever that might be.This was the opposite of what I was told the week before.I was also told previously the product had been delivered when it hadn’t. They sent me evidence which was from a prior month’s delivery.Very amateurish and no common sense.It’s a shame as the product is good, but they don’t seem to have any interest in customer experience. I’ve never written a bad review like this but felt I had to with these guys.
Terrible customer serviceReturned an item through inpost have a tracking number for my return, inpost have lost the parcel but advised that the retailer must place the claim... My protein advised that I must claim direct from inpost... Thus has been going on for 2 months. I would never use the again
This is the worst company to order from online. After trying to return a product countless times, they continuously fail to provide me with sufficient information to return the product in Dubai. I prepared the return label, took it to the post office and did everything needed to return the item. The post office, to no surprise, was not able to ship the product because the information provided by Myprotein was not enough. I asked for the right information more than 5 times and all they could tell me was “to register your return and create your returns label…” pretending that I haven’t done that already. I was very clear with everything but they repetitively refuse to offer a solution. Their customer service team keeps changing and everytime I speak to someone (which takes hours to respond) I need to explain the issue all over again. I’m stuck in an endless loop with a company that clearly doesn’t understand how to deal with customers. Avoid ordering from them.. not worth the hassle.
Would just like to give MyProtein a massive pat on the back, for their Customer Care Team in particular Sandile. I was sent the wrong item by mistake and within a couple of sentences the whole situation was resolved and I had my original item within 3 days.Excellent, second to none for customer service I would highly recommend and ignore any bad feedback. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One of the worst online order experiences of my life. Aliexpress will deliver a package faster than this company, no explanation from them why it took 20 days for my order to ship, and the they tell me after another 5 days it’s “lost in the mail” idk who is running the NZ branch of this company but they need to be fired asap. This company is just a bunch of frauds.
AWFUL- No way to have an issue resolved unless you have hours to spend on your phone.Chats are not saved, emails are not saved, messaging center messages, not saved..I have spoken to 18 different agents on 4 days.. no way to make formal complaints, no way to have issues resolved as one agent doesn't know what the next agent has said.. ZERO customer care.ZERO resolution.
AGAIN. ITEMS NOT SENT THAT WERE ORDERED AND PAID FOR. ALSO.. MISSING DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL SAY CONTACT MP, MP BLAME RM. NO ACCOUNTABILITY . INFURIATING. IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE AND WHEN YOU DONT THEY DONT GIVE A SHRED OF A F. PRICES HIKED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUMMETING . AVOID. SHOP ELSEWHERE GUYS . THEIR ARROGANCE HAS EXCEEDED THEM.
