Absolute waste of an effort to order from their site. I am based out of Dubai, they advertise big discounts but when it comes to delivery they are clueless...customer service executive chat in a sweet manner but there is no resolution...out of stock, wrong order , random order cancellation is pretty common thing for them...they cancelled 4 of my orders and never bothered to inform me why...it's like u serve a nice meal only to find its fake...I request them not to advertise when they can't fulfill their promise
Delivery In November 2022, after waiting for 5 days for my day-to-day delivery, I massaged them asking what happened. They told me that they couldn’t deliver(every parcel from other companies arrived without any problem to my address) and refunded me without asking if I wanted to. I didn’t want a refund because of the “Limited-Edition Black Friday Box”, I asked them to send it again and of course, they sent it without the “Limited-Edition Black Friday Box”. In October 2023 I again ordered a large amount of vitamins. It arrived without any problems but after a week at 11 pm on Saturday and 1 am on Monday they automatically withdrew money from my bank account and sent me the same order 3 times. I couldn’t cancel it because they dispatched it at night. I had to return 3 parcels for a refund but one of them wasn’t refunded: “So let's look at the whole situation:1. Myprotein submits an order and withdraws money from me automatically at midnight.2. In the morning I texted you that I didn't order it, my order arrived a week ago.3. You say "Sorry it is already dispatched, you can return it with InPost"4. I do all these processes, pay for the return and send it.5. No tracking updates, InPost lost the parcel in transit.6. I called them, and they said "MyProtein will register it as lost and return your money"7. You say that you won't refund me.All these seven steps took more than a month.Is it fair ?”They told me “Please be advised that we are unable to process a refund if the Warehouse has not confirmed that we received your order back”Quality It is bad, I bought socks 4 months ago and they are still pilling. Every time I take them off there is a small amount of socks` fabric that gets stuck in my carpet quite easily. It happens for other socks but usually only for the first week and this one is still leaving fabric all over the place after 4 months. Vitamin D3. In March 2023 for £4.55 I got 360 softgels with 62.5mcg of vitamin D in each softgel. In October 2023 for £14.92 I got 180 softgels with 62.5mcg of vitamin D. Both of the items I bought without any discounts. It was 79 softgels per pound and now 12 softgels per pound. The price went up by 658% in less than half a year while quality remained the same(not good).
I gave them a second chance but they had to go and cross out the expiring dates I'm really upset that they could do this again ....same on them bought protein powder x2 college powder x 2 vanilla drops x2 plus free gift 🎁 out of date gee wiz ...they really are giving themselves a bad 😞 name also you can't upload pictures 🖼️ because files are to big 😞 I can't put in expiring date because it been Cross ❌ out ... taking this further I done with this garbage 🗑️
I placed an order last month. As I was not home, I chose DPDs option to deliver at my nearest drop point. I got a confirmation of the delivery. Went there to collect my package, nothing. I checked with neighbours. Nothing. No note in the letter box... I submitted a complaint via MyProtein's customer service. They got back to me asking me to fill a very humble form. I filled it out - they got back to me saying that the form is not filled out correctly and I need to describe my order. I redid the form, put my order number and submitted the form again. My Protein's CS came back again saying that my order number was not sufficient and I need to describe my missing order. I AGAIN filled out the same form, i put my order number, and every single item and name in it. Ah. Also, although their policy was that they substitude orders, I need to specifically put in the form that I want a substitude order...Finally. The form was accepted. Shortly after I reveive a dispute message from DPD asking me to fill out another form with them to announce I have not received the goods. That was last Monday. I messages MyProtein how dissapointed I am in the way my case was handled so far. They got back to me that they are investigating. I am not ordering anything else from them. I don't care what products they offer anynore, until now absolutely no word from them, no follow up, not a substitute order has been sent to me. Nothing... 150 euros thrown off the window because of them...
Absolutely shocking customer service from this company, I am a blue light card holder and accessed this company through my blue light app. I placed an order and paid for the next day delivery service. They took the money out of my account for the product together with the next day delivery fee and I did not receive my item. I still have not received my item, despite messaging the company’s customer services and emailing we are now on day 5 and I still have not received either the product or my money back. Disgustingly shocking customer service.
I have been your customer since 4 years! I'm extremely disappointed in MP customer service. I have ordered and received an items damaged or paid for vitamins and never received them. I have sent products back and still no refund, no any email/ message from them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
