Review Time
Ordered an item which had a 'free gift' which didn't arrive. After some back and forth, where my responses were not being read, was told that free gifts were subject to availability. This was the reason I took the offer. Won't be using them again.
My wafer bar was within date but very mouldy. I contacted MyProtein who just keep asking the same questions and not listening to the answers. They don’t seem to care that this bar was partially consumed before discovering the mould. They haven’t asked about our health. They email from a ‘do not reply’ email address so there is no way to continue a conversation. A shocking lack of care for customers. I wonder when their last inspection from Environmental Health was. Something is badly wrong.
I ordered some products a week ago and received an email saying that they were dispatched by Evri. Both companies only promise delivery and nothing. Myprotein suggested that they replaced that order and nothing again, only promisses and more promises. 6 days have passed. Before the delivery was fast, good products, today I no longer recommend it, only loss, it was the last experience and never again. Stressful, Regrettable!
5 years ago this company had great service. I don't know what's happened since then but its gone down hill, very poor communication and service, i ordered 3 items and the delivery was apparently 3 working days i paid for faster delivery to arrive. Nothing arrived no acknowledgement Nothing until i started a return on paypal. Everyone pay by PayPal as you will be protected incase they dont send items. Wont be purchasing from my protien ever again.
Placed a small order of about €40, recieved confirmation it had been dispatched, however, the package never arrived. I made contact with the customer service team and was asked to give them 5 days to investigate. A week later there had been no update, so I followed up and was asked for another 5 days. It's now been 3 weeks and no update. I am considering contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.I would not recommend using Myprotein. Customer service is poor.
Absolutely disgusting experience I keep asking them for the order I’ve paid for . 250g of Creatine and 500 of Protein . They first misplaced my order, then send only 3G of Creatine not even the right amount, then send another 3g of creatine plus 21g of protein not what I paid that was 250g but 21g instead. Refused to refund my money, I’ve been dealing their frankly STUPID customer service that don’t seem to understand what the issue despite photos of their deliveries proving that they’ve sent the wrong order. It’s just disgusting. It’s been a whole month of stress with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT BUY ! Thank you Elizabeth
