Bought 2 large bags of essential whey protein. I am literally throwing away most of it because the powder does not mix properly in a shaker. Its totally useless. The quality is so poor. At times i have had clumps of dry powder in my mouth and have to spit it out. I have contacted my protein who literally make it so hard to make a complaint. They replied with the usual useless advice that its an automated response. Absolute garbage. I will never buy another product from this company ever again
Absolutely useless. They take the full order amount and part ship the smallest cheapest item as all other items out of stock. They take orders and the money on items out of stock, no warehouse systems and use the worst delivery courier, Evri. Incompetent management. At every level, you have to ask countless times for any information and the customer service agents seem no be able to understand simple questions, all by message no humans to speak with. They don’t have an ETA on items out of stock and will only part refund and not the delivery charge even though the items ordered go together and I want to return. They are crooks and scam you out of money. Customer service are useless, don't read your contact messages, they contradict themselves. Lost me as a customer now. Just shocking, avoid this totally incompetent company. I shall now be buying from theyre competitors, Warrior or Bulk.
I was going to copy and paste the absolute joke of my customer service experience on here, but after reading the other reviews, my concern of the message service being AI seems to be the general consensus. They have simply ripped me off and I can’t get a straight reply. I’m literally going around in one big circle. I won’t be buying from these ever again and instead of referring my friends for the £15 you don’t get, I will be recommending a different company. The losses from me and the people I know will cost these many £1000’s each year. Looking at the other reviews I suspect the losses will be far more extensive.

I was promised a refund within 3-5 working days, yet it took far longer to receive it, and I only got it by sheer coincidence after relentlessly chasing them.Their handling of the situation was appalling. The communication was abysmal, with multiple agents failing to properly review the ongoing issue and instead sending repetitive, unhelpful replies. This company has shown a complete disregard for their customers’ time and money.If you value good service and peace of mind when shopping online, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a protein bar, let alone handle an issue competently. Absolutely disgraceful service.Avoid Myprotein at all costs.
I thought my poor review was going to fly in the face of public opinion but it appears poor customer service is their MO. Gets one star for ease of ordering but just try and use the CS WhatsApp message service and it’s clear they don’t care. The occasional intervention from a human is short-lived and you need to go back to square one. The My Vegan Protein range is poor. The strawberry is inedible. They clearly don’t care about pleasing the consumer. Shocking experience. Won’t use again
