Awful customer service

Awful customer service No phone number so spoken to 5 agents on chat / message and email none of which are helpful and cannot resolve my issue - which is I bought free unlimited delivery and still not received the Correct email to activate it It should be so simple but not one agent can help

They say they will deliver to a pick up…

They say they will deliver to a pick up point but the service they use in France (Colisprive.fr) is not delivering and it is not possible to reprogram the delivery nor with Colisprive or with Myprotein. My protein is telling me multiple times that they cannot help me further to receive the delivery that is gone missing. I’ve contacted myprotein several times the last weeks. Made my order July 5th and it is now the 15th. I don’t know how to reprogram the delivery and Myprotein is not willing to help me. Although the company they use is not providing any options for delivery or change of address. I am super disappointed and will not order again from Myprotein as I cannot get hold of the order I already made and they refuse to help me. I don’t know what to do from here.

Order not delivered it is always in awaited dispatched phase and refund also take time around 2-3 months Worst service i ever see from any company there is no customer support

£95 for 2.5KG bag of protein! Whey, whey too expensive.I’ve been using my protein for around 10 years, the last 8 years they have been brilliant, 1st class company to go to for your nutritional needs,Unfortunately the last 2 years they’ve really let themselves down with their price increases.Maybe it’s part of their sale tactics, mark items up high give massive discounts!Still even with the discount the prices are still getting too high!At the end of the day customers will only pay what they think a product is worth, if the want to pay £95 for a 2.5 kg bag of whey protein then that’s their choice but common sense will tell them to shop elsewhere,Like me,I’m out of here.Another customer lost my protein.

Lost order

I have lost nearly £70 worth of products. They were supposedly delivered on the 31st May. I know they have been stolen as Evri also delivered another parcel on the same day and I don’t have that either! My protein have been more than unhelpful. You can’t call anyone and you have to speak to a different customer services representative every time you receive a message. I was asked to complete a missing order form and answer several questions, it has been extremely time consuming to send so many messages and fill out forms. Each message is clearly an automated response and I keep being told that they “sincerely apologise” “if there is anything else we can do” etc etc. It is not personal and there is no real support. I have no idea how long I am going to have to wait until this issue is resolved and I am either refunded or the items are replaced. I kindly asked for a few samples whilst I wait for this to be resolved. I am then told that this would not be possible, but they could give me £5 on to my account! This was all they could do. Two days later and I still don’t have the credit on my account. I am preparing for a competition and I have now completely run out of the products that I need and no one will help me. I will now have to place another order with my protein. I am appalled at the service I have received. I have been a loyal customer for several years and this service has been terrible.

Ordered a digital recipe book which I…

Ordered a digital recipe book which I have never received, have been liasing with Myprotein help for over a month and around 20 messages and they cannot seem to understand my issue.They said they sent the book again but it has never been received even in my junk folders.They now just keep repeatedly sending me an activation code even though I have nothing to activate. They say the book is in my original confirmation of order email and it’s not I have even sent them a screenshot of this email.They now seem to be just trying to wash their hands if it saying it was sent sorry, I’ve been through every email they have sent me since the order and it’s NOT there

Liars, and getting even more scammy !

Ordered some tablets while they were heavily discounted (£3 for 90). Evri apparently lost the parcel. Myprotein claimed the tablets were out of stock so, despite me asking them not to, refunded me.Strange how the same tablets are available to purchase right now on MyVitamins (same company) for £15 a bottle ! Same bottle, same ingredients, same label all but the myprotein/myvitamins logo.Huge scam, won't trust them anymore and wont be ordering from them ever again.

0 customer service no package no refund …

I’ve used buy my protein so much for roughly 7y, lately has been absolutely terrible if you get your order delivered wrong say goodbye to the package and refunding will be virtually impossible to get since they have bots speaking and no landline to speak, trust DONT ORDER
