If it was possible to leave no stars it would be too many!Ordered parts for my Mum on the 28th May. Was sent a confirmation straight away and like others was billed immediately.After a week we contacted them asking if they had a tracking number. No tracking number was given but we were assured it would arrive in the next few days or they would order a replacement.It did not arrive and after talking to a representative a second one was "apparently" ordered on 15th June. This did not show up either. We called again and were told it was in the post and it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. No sign of the parts by 21st June. So we asked for a refund. Each time we called we spoke to a different person and there was no consistency. On the same call one person said it was in the post and would arrive the next day. Another said they would post it tomorrow??? We were left with the impression that nothing was actually ever shipped! This was a very frustrating experience. Reading other reviews many people have had similar experiences.Strongly suggest avoiding this company.
I placed an order for an Italian toilet seat cover I could not find anywhere else in April. They charged me for it right away. After not getting any shipment confirmation I followed up and got a confirmation with no tracking. 20 days later still no part. When I chased again was told the part hadn't been received from the manufacturer. I told them to give me a firm date or cancel and refund. That they did instantly! The only positive experience with this whole thing was the speed of refund. Will not be using this site again.
Good service. Needed to replace a discontinued toilet seat, and they were one of only two places I could find that still had it in stock - and the only ones that had it in stock at anything approaching a reasonable price.Item arrived a day later than anticipated (which is why I've docked a star), but still within the necessary timeframe.Adele in Customer Services was very courteous and responsive in my phone dealings with her.Recommended.
I ordered a toilet seat for an old Balena toilet three weeks ago. It should have been sent to Switzerland. According to the homepage, the product is in stock. So far only the credit card has been charged. I don't get any answers to my repeated inquiries. I will probably have to have the credit card charge rejected, my hope was in vain.
Very happy to recommend My Toilet Spares. They had in stock, and delivered in one business day via DPD, an item that I had literally been waiting for months to be sourced by another supplier. Their price was also lower than my other quote. Very good, quick communication too.
We needed replacement heating elements for both of our Bristain showers. We contacted Richard who was very helpful. We sent photos of what we needed and received them within a couple of weeks.One failed so we contacted them and it was replaced by Bristain within 10 daysWould definitely recommend this small company
We were looking for a specific toilet seat and emailed the team to ask their advice as we thought the one we were looking for was on their website but weren’t 100% sure. Richard was really helpful, replied promptly and did all he could to work with us to check it was the right one before we put in our order. Once ordered it arrived really quickly to Northern Ireland and was perfect! Would definitely use Richard and the MTS team again in the future. Thanks to Richard and team!!
