What I ordered and received on time

No issues whatsoever…..by far the cheapest place around! I only caught the reviews yesterday so was a little dubious, however, I had already placed my order so thought I’d see what happens! Sunday I placed my order, email confirmation received. Monday I received an email stating items have been dispatched. Tuesday (today), item received. I have already installed my items and have no complaints whatsoever! So in my opinion, good seller, good product and works crass it should. Very happy

I've been scammed out of £15 and they tried scamming me for more

I ordered an actuating flushing mechanism from this company last month but instead of the product I wanted, they sent me an entire cistern system that was a different make and model and did not fit my toilet. When I asked for them to send me the correct product, I was told to return the wrong product to them (I had to pay £5 for return postage) and then they would send the correct product to me. However this company did not do this, instead they refunded me (£10 less than what I originally paid) and told me I would have to reorder the original item. When I went to reorder the product, it had increased in price since my initial order. So to correct an error that this company made, I was expected to pay an extra £28 just to receive the same product I should have received originally. I have so far already lost £15 and refuse to spend any more on this company. They are refusing to accept payment of the original product at the original price (which is actually illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and they just ignored my latest email complaining about this. Richard King was initially very helpful with resolving the issue with the wrong delivery but I now feel I have been scammed by this company. Nobody should ever order from here.

I haven't actually purchased from here!Came here to check if this company is legit, after reading dozens of reviews I've decided I can't deal with this company. This company maybe right in each one of these disagreements but the way they respond to customer complaints is disgusting, they clearly have no customer service skills, how they're still in operation is beyond me.

Shockingly Awful Customer Service!

A company has to be really, really bad before I’ll leave a bad review – only a handful over several years. These are people’s livelihoods after all. I’d much rather complain in person and give them a chance to put their point of view while listening to mine. However, when a company won’t allow you to do that and makes no effort to understand your query then this is the result. I regularly use and rely on reviews and believe it’s important for others to know what they’re dealing with so they can make an informed choice.The customer service in question is terrible. While acceptable to begin with, when challenged on a particular matter, it descended into being rude and unhelpful with a curt ending of the call. It was quite shocking. Honestly, the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. After that phone call. I was not convinced that they would deal with any issues that may arise if I ordered through them. I’d lost all confidence – even in actually getting the product, when I read other reviews. I have ordered from companies with bad reviews before, usually after calling in to their customer service. If it’s good, I’ll take a chance; also if it’s local and I can go round if there’s a problem. I would not risk it with this company. It may go well for you but I suspect, especially after reading all these other reviews that’s it’s very hit and miss. After my own experience, I believe that if there’s a problem, you’ll be dealt with summarily and incredibly rudely. That was my experience before I’d even bought from them! If you value good customer service and fairness and decency, buy elsewhere.

I ordered a part, they sent me the wrong one, I am flabbergasted by the lack of customer service, they even make you pay for the returns. I am beside myself, having to deal with this company again is unfathomable!The company then replied to me, calling me James, talking about god knows what order! What is the world of plumbing coming to!?

Disingenuous company...dont buy!

"When is a soft closing seat not soft closing ?when bought from My Toilet Spares" (Mts). This seat just slammed shut. When I contacted this company their reply 'its the installation, nothing wrong with the seat'. Informed them that the instructions were followed step by step on 3 x occasions. Their reply "the seat was damaged on installation". The plumber (was installing in another bathroom) installed the seat.. his verdict .....'this seat is knackered!'. Very long story summarised....tried to return for a refund, Mts made many excuses why they would not accept this 'its unhygienic, not faulty etc etc '... They tried to get the manufacturer in the UK involved for installation guides and assistance. The final result was that the seat was not purchased from the UK but the Netherlands and the UK (arm) manufacture were not prepared to provide assistance. Numerous 'what's app' messages and emails later, Mts still not accepting responsibility, the seat is not faulty its the installation ! They then send replacement hinges in an attempt to fix the problem .....but its not faulty !!!!??? 2 Letters sent to Mts informing of intended court action.....response from them.... the seat is not faulty....!!!??? Its now September...I've just had a family bereavement ....I've got more important priorities that chasing Mr Richard King (customer admin) or is it Mr Richard King -Davis (MD) and his disingenuous company...My advise... stay clear ......

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The hose I needed showed on their website as "in stock": this was a lie. They acknowledged the order with a shipping note: again a lie as the part was not shipped. After about two months of being strung along by them I was told that the part had arrived and would be shipped. The next day I learnt that they did not have the part after all and it would be yet another couple of weeks before they could deliver. They refunded my money.
