Shocking

Shocking , customer service , when you’ve got a problem , they just ignore you . Just interested in taking you’re money ! Spare part that was ordered , had been opened and had parts taken before delivery, thus not complete. Emailed & called , was just ignored !!!

Shocking customer service and incorrect…

Shocking customer service and incorrect product sent on two occasions. I have used this company for a number of years and the service used to be great. The guy in charge now is truly awful and has no idea how to speak to customers. They have ignored multiple emails and sent me the incorrect product twice, when I have asked for the correct piece the contact has put the blame on me on both occasions. My advice is do not waste your money they are COWBOYS and you will not be satisfied with the service or the product they deliver.

A positive review.

Ordered a replacement Vitra toilet seat on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. Communication from the company could have been a little better but allowing for the pandemic situation, I was very satisfied with the service.

Non-existent customer service.

The toilet seat I ordered arrived damaged. I called them to report this and was told customer service staff were ‘not taking calls’. Over the next week, 2 emails went unanswered and 4 calls brought no response from customer service. It wasn’t until I got PayPal to intervene that I got a immediate response and a week later I received a replacement.

Very poor customer service

I ordered 3 toilet flush push buttons from this company on 14th July. They immediately took my payment of over £57. After 3 weeks, no delivery and many attempts to contact them on the phone failing as the call cut off after no reply. I sent an e mail. In the meantime I finally got through and was told that the wrong push flushes had been delivered and they would be with me on 11th August without fail, and I would receive a £6 !!! refund as an acknowledgement for the delay. 11th August came and went, no flush buttons and no money found its way into my account. I then got an e mail response from Richard telling me they had moved warehouses and this was the cause of the delay !! Today 12th August a package arrived with one flush button - I ordered 3 !!! and for the last hour their phone wont answer and eventually cuts off. I have sent another e mail demanding either immediate delivery of the missing items or a refund. I will update you as to what happens. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

Excellent

No problems at all. Gave them a ring to check a couple of things. Lovely woman on phone. Toilet seat (hard to find!) came exactly within time frame told on phone. DPD delivered. Just give them a ring for help! Would buy again.

sent the wrong toilet seat which didn’t fit

I waited 3 months for my order and when it finally arrived I was sent the wrong toilet seat which didn’t fit and didn’t match the pan. It was a very expensive purchase and after a week of contacting My toilet spares they still have not confirmed my return and refund. Appalling customer service.Order reference RKD778225421 placed on 22nd April 2020. I have emailed and called 7 times this week and you have still not confirmed me return for refund.I returned the toilet seat as advised below and I received a refund for the toilet seat but not for the £14.94 postage.

Unbelievable experience.

Unbelievable experience.I had an emergency water leak due to a broken part. The guys understood my problem and went the extra mile and posted the item after last collection pickup time.I got the part the next day by DHL and was able to install it and have my shower and water supply back to normal. Thank you very much.

I ordered a spare part (1th May)

I ordered a spare part (1th May), with payment taken on the same day. However since then there has been no trace of the delivery, and I haven’t been able to get through to the company despite many tries (2 of the 3 phone numbers listed on their website aren’t valid, the remaining one nobody ever picked up; emailed twice. This is very frustrating! I don’t know what’s going on. It’s understandable to take some time to deliver but at least let the customer know when it can be expected and via which delivering company.Please we need that spare part badly!
