Beware

Beware, use this company at your peril. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly the communication is poor. When you can get them to reply, it is curt to the point of rudeness. They then supply you with a totally different part than they have advised and they are picturing on their website. When you return the incorrect supplied goods, it is impossible to get a refund. Even with proof of purchase. PayPal weren't much use either, but that's another story. I had to walk away in the end from my £50 refund as the time and frustration spent, trying to get it, was just becoming too stressful. If Trustpilot would allow me to give NO stars, I would have, alas the minimum is one star and they don't even deserve that. BEWARE

Dishonest company / richard

Approached for advise as only please I could find selling the Oli part but was wary after all the bad comments left. The don’t give advise on the phone and are told to email with pictures of what you need. I did this and I was advised straight off by Richard ( admin support or owner ) an incorrect item as he tried to upset me in replacing the whole unit and not just the plastic button I required. When I found the item on the website I ask if it would be suitable which after very long delays and single word reply I was told yes…. Awful customer service and help which I pointed out which was probably my down fall. I purchased the item as being told it was suitable and I needed it when arrived only to find out the item was incorrect and didn’t match what I had asked for from my original pictures. I could see this straight away so didn’t open or attempt to fit the item. I emailed the pics and a message about how unhappy I was about the poor advise and wanted the whole refund plus my returning postage to be cover. I then reported this over the phone to there apparent customer service only to say they would get Richard to call me to discuss. This should be a customer service issue but I never got a call back and several days later an email to say he had advised me to buy another item but as I pointed out he had also said the purchased item was suitable! Which he just replied return it then. I did and added it to be recorded as at this point I do not trust the company / Richard. After I email a few days later saying I had retuned the unused an unopened item to which I have photos he stated that it had scratches and the item was open! He’s completely lied about this as Is going down the route that the item was returned damaged in order now not to refund me. So has the item and my money… I will be tracking the appropriate actions to get my money back but would advise staying away from them. I brought the item in good faith and was mislead in purchasing an unsuitable item and then lied to as he doesn’t wish to refund me ad the item would have been purchased in for me I would assume!!Please say clear and find another supplier like others advise… I wish I had taken there advise to

Emailed on Saturday …

Emailed and left a message on Saturday received a reply to the email on Sunday. Phoned and ordered replacement toilet seat on Monday received it and fitted it on Tuesday within 24hours from ordering Very helpful good service

Scammers!!

Scammers!!Made an order but never received the item.Tried to resolve the issue on the phone but they were incompetent and aggressive.I had to contact my bank to get the a refund.

The speed to take your money leaves…

The speed to take your money leaves burn marks across your bank account - but to get the item that you have ordered is ridicuolosly slow. Every day for two weeks I have received a delivery notification - yet no product delivered. When I ring for an update, the item is yet to be picked, I am promised it will be delivered tomorrow. As everyone knows, tomorrow never comes!The staff are rude and don't want to know or deal with the call. I have spent a fortune on this order and if it is not delivered in the next couple of days I will be contacting them for a full refund. My advice is to avoid and find another company that can deliver when they promise. Customer service is terrible and delivery is worse.

The part received was not as described…

The part received was not as described by MyToiletSpares on their website. It took them 2 weeks to agree to a return but then I had to pay the return postage even though the issue was totally their fault. To add insult to injury they would not refund the total amount even though the returned part was in perfect and unused condition. I found the correct part on Amazon and it was almost 50% cheaper than MyToiletSpares.

Ordered replacement Toilet flush plates almost a month ago but despite sending many emails and serval telephone calls( which are never answered !) still no response or items purchased receivedWIILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AT BEST

Sent a toilet seat that does not fit …

Sent a toilet seat that does not fit despite being assured by an engineer that it would fit. Very disappointed as can not send back. I will be challenging this as it is not fit for purpose

Wont be using MTS again

Always leave positive reviews where it’s deserved but felt that this was worthy too. Would advice against ordering from MTS. While good stock, competitive prices as with others have experienced issues with my order. Toilet seat delivered quickly and the fittings provided do not fit. Richard says that I need a professional to do it but I’m certain any human is capable of seeing whether a post fits in to a slot. Despite getting a plumber friend to confirm Richard still denies to accept that they supplied the wrong part. Referred me to the manufacturer. Ordered correct part direct from manufacturer and fitted perfectly. Sent MTS pictures and asked whether they would refund the cost of me getting the correct part. Not interest. AVOID.
