Review Time
I bought a cycling jersey from NeoPro Cycling on 4/18/24. I paid for expedited 1-2 day shipping and it wasn't delivered until 4/25/24, that was the first issue. I tried getting in touch with them over this but all I got was a "you'll hear back from us within 72 hours" email. They never responded after that. Next, when I tried the cycling jersey on it fit horribly. It's made for women who have large chests and long torsos and I do not have either of those. The fabric bunches up completely in my midsection and there's no making it go away even if I pull it down. NeoPro cycling states on their site that customers can only exchange on their website and they do not refund you. I reached out again on 4/28/24 pleading that they take their product back and give me my money because there's no point in exchanging my current jersey with another one of theirs because the same issue will happen. They sent an automatic message SECONDS later saying that I can return by store credit and buy something else. I responded asking if they read my email at all and that I cannot wear the jersey, they did not respond. I reached out again on 4/29/24 asking for any number for customer service and they responded on 4/30/24 with "This is an automated response to let you know we've received your message. For general inquiries, you will hear back from us within 72 hours from the receipt of this email." they also expressed not to respond in that same email chain because it will push it back to the end of the queue. I waited a week for them to respond.. a week, and I heard nothing. My last resort was to reach out to them on social media (instagram) since that's the other form of contact they suggest on their site which is really weird. I tried commenting on their posts and heard nothing back. I sent them two direct messages on instagram, one on 5/4/24 and one on 5/7/24 and I never got a response. Personally I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.. if you're willing to buy something online and risk it not working out, good luck getting in touch with them.

If I could give them a negative I would. Ordered bibs then a friend told me to up a size, the same day, I tried every means possible to get them to change the order. They shipped the Large bibs. They never answer emails, facebook, anything. Had to send back because they were to small. One had already been unpacked once as the label was unhooked, there but unhooked. That is the pair I tried on. The pad in them is almost nonexistent and you can’t get a refund only company credit. I sent back following instructions to the letter and received notice they had got them. Haven’t heard a word from them.If I could figure out a way to expose these guys I would be all over it.

This rating relates to process, not to the obvious high quality of the garments. Three aspects got in the way of me being able to enjoy my purchase:1. The size guide has overlapping dimensions. I had two choices of a correct size. As they were the gravel tops, a new style for me to try, I didn’t have a top to compare to the size guide. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size. 2. The returns process. All that is offered is a store credit, rather than a swap. I bought two tops at sale prices. By the time I received them, even though I arranged the return straight away, the price had gone back to full price. So I have a credit that I cannot use to get what I originally purchased, just in a smaller size. I also paid postage on the purchase, on the return, and once I get over the annoyance, I’ll have to pay postage on the correct size. 3. I sent two emails to Neopro on 22/3 and 3/4, explaining this situation and hoping I would get a response along the lines of, ‘no worries, we’ll send out the right sizes to you’. Instead I got no response to either email. For first time purchasers like me, I can only recommend you pay super close attention to the size guide, especially if you are buying items on sale. Once you have your size right, these things won’t impact you.

Poor quality - avoid! I was a very loyal customer, promoting NeoPro to friends and suggesting they support a local Australian business. Multiple pairs of knicks lasted less than 10 rides. I contacted them expecting good and friendly customer service. Unfortunately I received the opposite. I was told the knicks are 'safe' to wear and I should continue wearing them. No cyclist should ever wear see-through knicks! I contacted the NeoPro owner directly and have not received a response. My experience is:1. Poor quality 2. Don't care about customer service or experience
