Agree with the Shonky review. Items ordered 3 weeks ago, listed as in stock at time of order. These items still have not shipped, but there have been wild updates about the reasons for the delays. Only received a partial order to the warehouse, Rail strike, and now the receiving agent. Oh, but their warehouse staff is standing by. Each email casting blame on other parties, when the overall appearance is these items were not in stock and were being produced AFTER orders were accepted. Which is fine if this is how the order is represented BEFORE placing the orderAs a comparison, I have also ordered (and received) kits from two other Australian companies during this time frame with zero delays due to strike, not receiving orders from the manufacturer or customs holding up orders.

I have ordered hundreds of things online over the past 20+ years and never dealt with such incompetence.Here was my experience:May 28th: placed order for an "in-stock" itemJune 4th: after 1 week waiting for a shipping confirmation, they tell me they don't have the itemJune 7th: there is a worker strike, and they don't know when they will get a new shipment of goodsJune 10th: they said my item was not affected by the strike and it should be sent soonJune 11th: no, sorry the item is out of stock. but we can give you the same item in purple.June 13th: after replying that I didn't want that color but was open to others, they said fine but that will be an extra $12. LOL this is what kills me. after waiting over 2 weeks of my order to be shipped, you are going to charge me $12 for a different color? June 16th: they canceled my order without asking and refunded the money (at least they did that promptly?)Just a massive headache to deal with.

I first bought a NeoPro long sleeved jersey about 2 years ago as I was fed up by the prices of other clothings brands. I went for a large but found it was too small. So, I sent it back for a replacement XL, which came with no dramas. Fitted perfectly and there is absolutely no difference to any other bike clothing brand. Since then I have bought 4 other jerseys, a gilet, a winter jacket, bibs & socks. I would absolutely 100% recommend NeoPro to anyone for superior clothing at great prices. The jersey I bought 2 years ago looks pretty much new. FYI: Currently riding 250km + per week

As soon as the order was confirmed I saw that it was being sent to the wrong address and messaged the company within 5 minutes to change the address, was told that it could only be changed by the post office. The post office then said it could only have been changed by neo pro. The parcel was sent back by neo pro, who then said in order for the parcel to be delivered to the correct address, an additional delivery fee would be required. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. We would rethink ordering from them in future.
