Not sure why so many complains about costumer service ,contacted costumer service once they respond not at same minute but they did, product is great that’s all it mattersEven if you are not sure with the size you need they would help you , maybe things had changed since I been ordering for a while and had not contact costumer service But 0 complains ride safe

Had been a very devout and Happy Neopro customer until this last shipment. I took part in the summer clearance sale which was All Sales are Final. I get it I purchased 2 items where Neopro specifically mentions sizing down a size, so I did. I got them and they are soooo big I can't wear them. I reached out and basically got tough luck from them. I understand it is all sales are final but I purchased based on their sizing recommendations. I will purchase elsewhere from now on.

Unless you are prepared to be out of pocket I wouldn't trust this company at all. Cheap brand equals cheap customer service - Sorry I should actually say no level of customer service. They have turned me from an advocate to a detractor in one transaction! And why to save $15 on postage. I reluctantly put up with it the first time but the second time is outrageous. Encourage you to read all their 1 star reviews around sizing being misleading or just plain wrong and no refund options!Now this company is online only so you have no choice but to TRUST their sizing chart as you can't try the product on anywhere. I purchased a $140 jacket and my husband was right in the middle of a medium according to the dimensions they supplied. The jacket arrived and it was too small. They take no responsibility for this and as a customer you have to pay for return shipping on your own and they make you jump through hoops with supplying all this information, coming back to their site after you have shipped and entering the shipping number - all just a pain. You can't even trigger an online return from within your online account you have to email them to get them to send you the instructions. Just terrible. Once you have shipped it and you are out of pocket you then have to wait until they receive your order and process the return - and they will only give you a store credit - again take no responsibility for the product selling out. So you can't order a new one until the credit is processed. I did all this and then ordered a Large. This then arrive and was also too small - and this is when I lost it. Again no responsibility, their sizing chart is clearly wrong, they will not pay for return postage - even on the second time I have to return the same product o them, in fact they actually stopped responding to my emails. So I am now down $35 + $140 I spent originallyI don't want the jacket anymore but I still can't get a refund!!!! terrible terrible customer service. Be very very careful buying from them - suggest you pay a little more for a product where the customer actually has some rights and they treat you with respect

Second time ordering from neopro. Their quality is good. But there's no customer service. The first time I had noticed the wrong size was ordered, tried to contact them, but they don't have anybody you can talk to directly. They claim this keeps costs down. So I just refused delivery, something we have in the USA that keeps us from being ripped off by the mail order company. They still decided that they didn't have to refund me, and charged me an additional eight dollars for shipping. I'm a retired senior, who has a limited income. But you keep seeing the same models they have had for ten years, smiling at you with their stupid grin. Like we here in Australia don't really give a darn about you Americans, please continue to give us money. Two years almost passed, and I liked what I received from them, and they had another sale. I ordered two items from them, both at size 4XL. After about an hour I received the invoice and noticed that one of the items was listed as 5XL. Now once, I can understand taking the blame for ordering the wrong size, I guess it happens, but the only time it happens with me, is when I order from Neopro. So this second time is kinda suspect. But I figure, OK, I'll send it back and get a credit. But it says that the item was a closeout and closeout aren't returnable. So now I'm stuck with a clothing garment that doesn't fit 😒 Like the one ad, Foster's is Australian for Beer. NeoPro is Australian for ripoff.

I ordered a top from neopro in the wrong size (an easy mistake to make when ordering online). Having tried it on (for a matter of minutes) I decided it was too large. They don't allow you to swap items, so I had to pay to return it and purchase another top. Double postage is always annoying, but hey, it happens. In the meantime, I purchased a second smaller top. Stupidly I removed the label before trying on the first top as I have lots of their kit already. Neopro did stipulate if the label was removed, and additional "admin" fee would be charged, and a delay in the refund time. How much could they charge, eh?It turns out they WON'T refund it or provide a store credit. In fact, they will DESTROY the top (for free!!l) unless I pay a fee to get the top that doesn't fit back!!!!Oooh decisions... I only have 6 days to decide before jersey D-Day!!Outrageous. Don't buy from Neopro!!!
